Although our country is primarily capitalist, we care about our workers and are open-minded. Thus, this program is open to nations of all political and economic ideologies, as long as they do not promote hate or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, species, etc.

Location Choices
Citadel
The capital of Arctica-Aleutia, Citadel is the second-largest city in the country. It is located on the island of Arctica, just north of Barrow, Alaska. It is connected to the mainland by an underground tunnel. It contains Citadel Plaza, which serves as both a public area and the nation's center for government; your embassy will be located in or near the plaza if you choose to establish it in Citadel. The center of Citadel is home to Citadel Tower, a remarkably tall skyscraper. It acts as a sundial, as the city's major roads lead directly away from it and are positioned like hour markers. The north side of the city is home to a large harbor, as well as Citadel Sea and Skyport, the main airport and passenger ship station. Of cultural interest is a district home to a large population of kitsunes; it has cobbled, gaslit, strangely arranged streets, and buildings of a mixture of European and Japanese design.
Reunnovsk
Located in western Alaska, a straight shot south from Citadel, Reunnovsk is Arctica-Aleutia's largest city. It is home to many classical and European-style buildings, many museums and art galleries, and a thriving industrial sector, the latter of which is being constantly upgraded for cleaner production. The government sector nearly rivals that of Citadel. Train, air, and autobahn routes connect it to Citadel.
Vladivostok
Located in the Primorsky Krai region of what was once part of Russia, Vladivostok is a city known for its industry and culture. Once home to the Russian Navy, it no longer has such ships, but has museums devoted to Russian history, naval and otherwise. It once had worryingly high pollution levels, but now these have been diminished significantly. It is connected to the rest of Arctica-Aleutia by air and sea routes.
