To be short and to the point: No.

To be a bit longer: No, while the Gandoorese military could never be described historically as being aggressive, at least on an international stage (our unfortunate wars waged against the native peoples of Gandoor is a black mark against us domestically in that sense), our military's focus on self-defence began with the 1922 declaration of neutrality in foreign wars by Prime Minister Robert S. Stevenson. This declaration would later become constitutionally enshrined in Amendment I to the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Gandoor in 1925, which in addition to declaring 'a state of neutrality in regards to all foreign wars' also declares that the government of Gandoor 'reserves its right to keep and maintain a military force in the event of an attack upon Gandoorese territory or Gandoorese citizens by a foreign power or a belligerent in a war.'

Of course, both of these events, the 1922 declaration of neutrality and the 1925 constitutional amendment, predate the establishment of the Japanese Self-Defense Forces by over thirty years, so clearly they could have no influence on our own military's focus on defense.

Yes, the National Army does have tanks. Due to our military's peaceful nature and focus on self-defence, the number of tanks we have is certainly much smaller than those of other armies.

As of 2024, there are currently 1143 tanks in service in the National Army of the Democratic Republic of Gandoor. 672 of those tanks are Type-G Mk. IVs (manufactured between 1976 and 1990), 355 of the are Type-G Mk. Vs (manufactured between 1992 and 2008), and 116 of them are Type-G Mk. VIs (manufactured since 2010).

Despite what some people may incorrectly think, Gandoor presently follows a social market economic akin to that of Western Europe and the Nordic countries.

In terms of the state of workers' autonomy and labour unions, both are widespread across industries in the Democratic Republic and both my party and the Communist Party are supporters of both concepts (although, in the case of workers' autonomy, both parties support it for different reasons). In general practice however, the existence of labour unions is still more commonly than the concept of workers' autonomously: as of 2023, 87% of all workers are members of a labour union but only 73% of workers describe their jobs as having a 'satisfactory level of workers' autonomy and self-management'.

Marijuana has been fully legalized in the Democratic Republic since the passage of the Marijuana Legalization Proposal in 2008, which fully repealed the 1937 law which criminalized cannabis in Gandoor (small amounts of marijuana for personal consumption were decriminalized in 1991). Since then, the production and sale of cannabis has been regulated by the central government and anyone in Gandoor aged 18 or older may purchase and use cannabis at their own discretion.

However, as with any drug, the usage of a motor vehicle or any form of heavy machinery while under the influence of cannabis is strictly illegal in the Democratic Republic.

I am opposed to syndicalism and consider it an ideology which had its heyday long in the past and irrelevant to the modern labour movement and its goals.

I'm sorry, is this some bizarre fantasy question? I mean I suppose if this were to happen, we'd be confused and try and take you into custody to see how you are doing this and how to make you turn our people back.

Considering the number of times that a Communist government in our Democratic Republic has led to economic ruin is zero, I can safely say that the upcoming government of Park Sang-Hee will be continuing that trend.

The formal transfer of power shall occur on the 10th and 11th of October.

It may seem strange for it to occur over two days, but on 10 October, the 40th Forum will assemble for one final meeting and conclude it by formally dismissing myself from the office of Prime Minister and on the morning of 11 October, the 41st Forum will assemble for the first time and, following roll call, will appoint Park Sang-Hee to the office of Prime Minister as their first order of business.

And yes, this does technically mean that during the period between my dismissal from the office and Park Sang-Hee's appointment to the office, our nation does not have a Prime Minister, but it is generally accepted that if an emergency were to occur that would require a response from the Prime Minister, then the incoming-Prime Minister (in this case, Mrs Park) would immediately assume their duties as Prime Minister.

Mrs. Park has stated that she will continue the international question and answer once she assumes the office of Prime Minister, although she may not answer questions personally as often as I have due to needing to be more concerned with the running of the government.

Quoi? There is no one named 'Yotsuba Koiwai' as our leader nor has their ever been anyone with that name as the Prime Minister. I am currently the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic and shall continue to be until October when my successor, Mrs. Park Sang-Hee, assumes the office due to her party having won the majority of seats in the recent elections. I have no idea what you're talking about, who on Earth is Yotsuba Koiwai?
