What exactly is a 'prisoner,' if I may ask, for we in the mighty Federation do not have prisoners, or prisons for that matter. All criminals are executed on the spot.

An average prison cell in Orlkjestad. When you arrive, it has a bed/couch with sheets, a desk, a small bookcase/dresser, bulletin board, trashcan, toiletries, and in the back is the bathroom, with a toilet, sink, and shower with curtain. The cells fit only one. As you can see, the prisoner in this cell has already bought a television.

5:30 AM: Wake Up
5:40 AM: Time to freshen up: Shower, brush teeth, get dressed, make bed, etc
6:40 AM: Free time (in cell only), watch TV, nap, go on the computer if you bought one from the prison store, etc
7:00 AM: Breakfast time, bought with money you get from working (You could have everything from plastic gruel to a grand slam, if you have enough money)
8:00 AM: Go to work, if the prisoner chooses to do so. Jobs vary from making license plates, to working in a mailroom, to filing paperwork. Otherwise, free time, prison store is open. The prison store sells everything from pencils to televisions to cigarettes. Free time is also visiting time, if the prisoners family shows up.
12:30 PM: Lunch. Varies from plastic gruel to steak and lobster if you have enough money.
1:30 PM: Back to work. Otherwise, back to free time, prison store is closed.
5:45 PM: Work over, pay given, free time, prison store is open.
6:00 PM: Report to evening classes, if the prisoner chooses to do so. Classes range from art to foreign language to mathematics.
7:00 PM: Dinner, like all meals what you get depends on how much you spend.
8:00 PM: Free Time, prison store is open.
9:30 PM: Lights Out, everybody goes to sleep.

After the Prison Reform Act of 1910, we haven't used actual prisons for purposes of imprisonment, instead keeping prisoners in the local police station or correctional facility, depending on the budget. For the more serious offenders, we have banishment.

For most criminals:
8:30-9:00: Get up, eat 1st meal
9:00-12:30: Community service
12:30-13:30(we use military time): First visiting period
13:30-14:00: Health check
14:00-17:00: Community service
17:00-17:30: 2nd meal
17:30-18:30: Second visiting period
18:30-19:00: 3rd meal
19:00-8:30: Sleep

For rapists & murderers:
8:30-9:00: Get up, eat breakfast, say goodbye to your family, possessions confiscated and donated to charity
9:00: Sent off to sea in a motorboat with a pair of armed guards

Sebytanian prisons generally follow the following schedule, though it may vary from institution to institution:

07:00 Wake up, move to mess hall
07:10 Breakfast
07:40 Morning free time (prisoners can socialise and move freely within their cells and cellblock)
08:30 Work/Class (Yes, they're alternatives. Prisoners can learn a profession inside)
11:00 Lunch
12:00 Work/Class
16:00 Afternoon free time (Prisoners may socialise and move freely within their cells, cellblock, gym and library)
17:00 Dinner
18:00 Evening free time (same as afternoon free time)
20:00 Gym, library closed (prisoners may socialise within their cells and cellblock)
22:00 Lockup (prisoners are restricted to their cells)
23:00 Lights out

Cellblocks consist of cells (containing 1-2 beds, a toilet seat, a sink and a footlocker for each prisoner), shower room and a social area (contains chairs&tables, pool table and TV)

Prisoners may be scheduled for rehabilitional activities (e.g psychiatric sessions) during free time.

In Aquashah, we do not have many prisoners and most are forced to work in the mines digging for natural resources and the like. Other than simple needs like sleeping, eating, bathing and using the restroom, they are not allowed to do much else. They are only allowed entertainment on holidays and do not have the right to vote while incarcerated. We have a rehabilitation center that prisoners must attend during their stay in our prisons and after being freed.

-06:15 am - After nearly 2 hours of walk through the cold forests, without rest, they arrive at the camp. They first go to a special facility to eat some breakfast (bread and water).
-06:40 am - Breakfast is over. They begin with hard labor.
-10:30 am - Break.
-10:45 am - Break is over ; Hard labor continues
-15:25 - Break for lunch
-16:00 - Hard labor continues
-22:05 - Hard labor over ; break for 10 minutes
-22:15 - Break is over ; walking back to the camp begins
-00:30 - As they are all tired, they usually arrive at this time
-00:35 - They are given some cold food, mainly bread and water

Between 00:35 and 04:30 they may sleep or do whatever they want, but they can't leave the camp, escape, be loud or something. They can sleep, if guard gives 'em some food, they can eat etc.

Something like this, except there's usually a set meal for each day, and it doesn't depend on how much money you have. In fact, prisoners aren't allowed to bring in any money, and aren't allowed to leave the prison during their sentence.

8.30: Watch the execution of thoose who are supposed to be exceuted, if there arent anybody then you have to go to the prison recreational area.

11.30: Labour, you will be sent into the woods to chop trees, if you murdered someone you will be sent a coal mine.
17.00: Dinner.
18.00: prisoners that have murdered someone will be sent right to there cells where they can only rotten in there cells.
The others can watch TV or read books.
21.00 lights out, all prisoners must go to bed.
02.00 rapists will be brutally beaten and get LSD shot into there veins, they are then sent back to there rooms passed out 6 o`clock.
Note: if a rapist cant work because he are tierd he will be forced to drink a glass with water and 10 grams of cocain, if he fade out he will be sent back to there cells to rest. Its brutal but we only have 0.07 rapists per 100.000 innhabitans so it absolutly works.

we do not have prisons instead we have developed specialised methods of rehabilitating all criminals, we even find uses for the most derainged psychopaths (we use them as teachers in our schools, they're more than adiquate to scare the children into behaving... granted there have been a few accidents but these are rare). granted our relitivly lose laws also help (infact our laws are largly just a lose moral code and guidline, so long as people are respectful of one another and they don't do anything that could harm by direct or indirect action most things go)

The cells are very sparse, usually 2-4 cots, 1 sink, 1 toilet. Books are allowed, TVs are not. Smoking is not allowed. Arts materials are available during the one free period. We try to keep things humane, provide opportunities for physical, mental and spiritual growth and at the same time maintain a strict no frills enviroment.
