Myakka's prisons don't have any set times. Schedules change all the time to keep Guards ten steps ahead of Prisoners. An average week may consist of this:

Wake up in cell, give blood, (healthy prisoners only), try to not get gang raped by guards or your fellow inmates (usually this is more risk for women) and depending on the sentence duration, get cleaned up and maintain hygiene. Prisoners do exercise lightly but they are fed meager scraps there is no need to keep in shape. We don't want to breed better and stronger offenders.

All prisoners that are healthy are immediately put on an organ donors list and all prisoners give blood. There is no parole you serve your sentence to the full.

Each maximum security prison* sets their own time.

Minimum security prisons** are up at 7am, go to their job placement by 8am, return by 5pm, then are free to socialise until 10pm, when it's lights out.

* - Killers, rapists, peadophiles, that sort of thing.
* - These are for those that aren't considered a risk to the public.

Don't get the wrong idea. Getting mauled would be so painful, the criminal wouldn't commit a crime again. So we have "Get Mauled By A Geilinorian Goat Centers" And it's really effective, we have a low crime rate. Detention Centers are basicly like RL prisons, and Youth Detention Centers are basicly like RL Juvie.

4. Training if manual labor was not involved in the service
5. Studying (to learn why what they have done is wrong, and keep them from repeating)

Our goal is to help them. That schedule, however, is subject to alteration in the cases of those deemed serious violence risks or otherwise dangerous to those around them; they are kept separated, aside from careful association with therapists and other official personnel.

Those further along in their rehabilitation are given work outside on somedays, and supervised outings.

Rehabilitus Domain is not a cruel place. No matter what they've done, they are still our people. If they are unwilling to renounce the actions that led them to this, the harsher sentence is exile; and that exile may be ended if the one exiled consents to return and undergo rehabilitation. We still care about all of them.

It sounds harsh, but all felons in Pythria receive the death penalty. Rehab doesn't work, and just because your nation has rehab and NS says crime is low doesn't mean that's true in RL. We just don't need those kind of people in society. Lesser crimes receive a community service sentence. This is extremely cheap, and before you say that a lethal injection is more expensive than keeping someone in prison, check your facts. Anyway, we do it by firing squad, not lethal injection.

This does not count for terrorists. Captured terrorists are tortured for information, and if nothing can be extracted, they are shot.
