1. The BR-1A Laser Carbines are banned from being used on foreign diplomacy missions as it is categorized by the government on the 'battlefield/combat firearms', which is to be only used by military personnel on offensive/defensive roles.

2. The Court of Justice and Ministry has thoroughly processed and examined your application form for an embassy here in Okstovskaya. We are concerned that we have to inform you to CAREFULLY REVIEW your application form for we have found some information that are heavily regulated and strictly prohibited by national regulations on the following:

• 1. The minimum age of qualified ambassador to Okstovskaya is 30.

• 2. Diplomatic missions with a small number of personnel to be applied/deployed are prohibited to own an embassy
• no more than 1,000 m² of space. This is due to strict measures recently enacted by the Diplomatic Constructions
• Section, under the Ministry of Infrastructural Works.

If a response on these issues are not issued to either the Ministry of Court of Justice within 72 hours (3 days), the application form will be DENIED, and your proposed diplomatic mission here in Okstovskaya will be postponed.
