Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Gay marriage is not legal on the federal level.
If no, why not? A mixture of cultural and religious reasons. The rather secular Storfylke of Taranger, and the Alfartru Storfylke of Alfheim, allow gay marriage, while the Christian storfylke of Vestøy and the Norse storfylker of Fjordland and Nordbreheim does not.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Yes. It is illegal in the Storfylker of Vestøy, Nordbreheim and Fjordland, although the latter two allow civil partnership.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? Somewhere between 1-2%.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Yes.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Yes.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes, but need to be in a legal same-sex union or marriage.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Same-sex marriage is legal throughout the Anthrostate.
If no, why not?
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? N/A
What percentage of your population is homosexual? approximately 133,000 people, about 68% of the population.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Given the fact that a vast majority of the population is LGBT+, and the prevailing religious opinion is that homosexuality, transgenderism, etc... is an amoral issue, the whole anti-LGBT argument is considered relatively moot. Even during the previous Christian leadership, the LGBT+ community was oftentimes swept under the carpet, and generally ignored. In mid-2018, there was a proposal made by the government that would have required all LGBT+ citizens to undergo conversion therapy, luckily, it never passed the proposal stage.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Educational discrimination on the basis of sexuality or gender identity is strictly prohibited.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Workplace discrimination on the basis of sexuality or gender identity is strictly prohibited.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? There are currently no laws prohibiting refusal of service to anybody. However, such a case has only occurred very recently, and sporadic and extremely rare in occurrence.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? There is no formal legislation on same-sex marriages as of yet.
If no, why not? It's just considered a normal thing here. It'd be like legalizing eating food.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? No.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? ~35% (Even though statistics are impossible in the Post-Classical age :p )
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? No. With the absence of any such things in any existing religion here it'd be extremely strange to see someone saying that Zeus hates gay.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? Schools are open-admission here. They can't refuse anyone.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? Any corporate establishment can refuse service, but again, Homophobia is extremely rare here and seen as strange in its few pockets of existence.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? /\
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? As much as anyone else, yes. In fact, it's really common here.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Yes, it is recognised as legal on a national level.
If no, why not? N/A
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Yes, but free migration from the one protectorate where it is illegal ensures that homosexuals can live in areas of the country where they may legally marry.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? Such information is not collected.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? The national ethos is neither religious nor atheist, falling into an agnostic category. Belief in the existence or non-existence of a higher power did not affect the decision.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Not if they are incorporated companies or other legal entities; self-run businesses are technically allowed to register under a programme do so, but the government maintains a comprehensive blacklist of such locations and requires the prominent display of a marker at the service location declaring its intolerant intent.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Gay marriage is legal in Fort Da Kapa.
If no, why not?
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Nope. Fort Da Kapa is quite small and goes by the same rules for the entirety of the community.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? A bit less than 10 percent.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Neither religion nor atheism have influenced Da Kapa's LGBT rights.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No. Everyone is welcome in Da Kapa, unless they have "treacherous" political beliefs or have committed serious crimes (like treason or murder).
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? See above.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? See above.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes. Adoption is very helpful for the Da Kapa population, since there are a lot of orphans from the war. The lesbian couple Ana and Mumu are known to adopt many orphaned children and give them a welcoming home.

Other LGBT policies
Although homosexuality is widely accepted in Fort Da Kapa, many other categories of LGBT are not as well-known and therefore considered strange. Transgenders and other non-traditional gender identities are something Kapans know little to nothing about, and therefore they will be easily misunderstood or misgendered, although they are still seen as worthy and welcome citizens. (Androgynous hairstyles and ways of dressing, on the other hand, are considered quite normal.) The attitude towards bisexuality is somewhere in between and also depends on the subculture you are in: some native Kapans think people are either gay or straight (not believing that it can be more flexible than this and that bisexuality is possible), whereas one of the minority subcultures believes everyone is actually bi (not believing that completely straight or gay people exist).

So even though Da Kapa is an accepting community where most kinds of people are welcome, ignorance about certain minority groups is common.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet?
A: The Imperial Fatherland of Greater Ciscarpathia expresses its profound discontent with the notion that members of the LGBTQ community should receive special treatment due to their aberrance and explicit audacity. Within the crownland territories that together make up Greater Ciscarpathia, it is illegal to partake in any sexual activity that deviates from heterosexuality. This includes partaking in the celebration of peculiar sexuality pride or attempting to normalize the condition amongst other things.
If no, why not?
A: Understanding the jeopardies and the very authentic threat of the adverse effects of peculiar sexual orientations (Homosexuals), the symptoms caused by the medical condition designated as Gender Dysphoria, upon the birthrate of the nation and the mental conflict caused by one of the worst disgraces of human nature. Such a concept cannot be allowed to subsist in our pure Imperial Fatherland, as granting such freedoms and/or liberties to those who desire such a revolting ideology will indubitably lead their society into anarchy, ergo, leading to the downfall of the glorious nation-state. We hereby declare any and all instances of deviant sexual orientation illegal and punishable as a Tier I Violation.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal?
A: Yes, everywhere.
What percentage of your population is homosexual?
A: Officially, zero. Homosexuality is a felon, and punishable by the Three-Strike System.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal?
A: As the Separation of the Church and State is Constitutional, it would be unconstitutional for religious beliefs to influence our legislature. Instead, in accordance to the Act of Golden Truth, the science behind our studies are sound - if insensitive - and the observation of the West; degeneracy and division that we wish to avoid via outlawing homosexuality.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people?
A: It is expected that no LGBTs are to ever visit our schools, for they are prohibited from our lands. But if the hypothetical were to arise, then yes. The local authorities would be also notified, and the homosexual shall be incarcerated in accordance to the severity of their actions that they have committed, as defined by the exclusive Three-Strike Law.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people?
A: See above.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people?
A: See #Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people?
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt?
A: Absolutely not. As per our constitution, we are under no obligation to condone homosexuality in any form or fashion. Nor do we intend or want to, it is a taboo in our society - we do not want homosexuality.

Condemnation of P-S-O
LGBTQA Rights
"It shall be illicit by law to be homosexual in any form, with the exception of Bisexuality, inside the crown lands that constitute the Imperial Fatherland of Greater Ciscarpathia. Tourist/foreigners that identify as homosexual are forbidden from entering the country to prevent any possibility of conflict. Felons shall be subject to a three-strike system for fair treatment." - 2.Da LGBTQA Rights (Constitution of Greater Ciscarpathia)

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? Gay Marriage has been legal in the entirety of the Grand Theocratic Empire for 5,000 years.
If no, why not?
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? No. We view places that discriminate based on it as backwards and weak.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? 11.4%.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? Yes. Marshism enshrines it as a right and has for 5,000 years. It views religions, or more likely states using religion as a shield, that disagree as being backwards and weak.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No, and it has never come up. We view schools that do so as intellectually puny and incapable of handling themselves in any serious matters of discourse and hold their academia cheap.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? No, and it has never come up. We view places that do so as incompetent and foolish, and are unlikely to use their services- discriminating against gainful employees based on such a silly consideration marks them poorly.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? No, and it has never come up. We view restaurants and such that do so the same as jobs above.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? Yes, for over 5,000 years. We are flabbergasted and puzzled this is in some way an issue in other nations. Points to their cultural, familial, state, and religious weakness and fragility if they are concerned over such matters.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet? No.
If no, why not? A gay union is fundamentally incapable of producing offspring, so the practice is banned.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is illegal? Yes
What percentage of your population is homosexual? No nationally collected data on this topic exists.
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal? This was not the decision of one individual, but of the people of Bisim, who hold many different views on the existence of deities
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people? No.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people? Organizations are not required to participate in a ceremony or tradition if they feel it violates their conscience
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt? No requirement exists on a national level for adopting families to be made up of a man and a woman.

Is gay marriage legal in any parts of your country, or has legislation on it not been passed yet?
Gay Marriage and Civil Unions is officially outlawed in the Praetorian Prefecture of Italy.
Are there any regions, states, provinces, etc. in your country that gay marriage is legal?
A few of the Provinces with a liberal leaning population have protested and tried to have Gay Marriage
kept legal. But the Emperor and the Roman Senate has ensured their efforts are in vain.
What percentage of your population is homosexual? 0.36%
Have religious or atheistic beliefs influenced your decision to make gay marriage legal or illegal?
The stance of the Roman Catholic Church, our state religion is that being homosexual, transgender, etc is
a sin against the Lord and should not be encouraged. The Emperor, the Roman Senate and the majority of
the People support Gay Marriage being outlawed.
Are schools allowed to refuse LGBT people?
Yes, if the LGBTs offend their faith.
Are jobs allowed to refuse LGBT people?
Yes, if the LGBTs offend their faith.
Are restaurants and other services allowed to refuse service to LGBT people?
Yes, if serving them violates their religion.
Are LGBT people allowed to adopt?
Yes, but they are discouraged to convince their adopted sons or daughters to become LGBTQs, if so,
they will be executed on the charge of damaging Public Morals, making a person mentally ill and
perhaps potentially damning a person to hell even though that isn't officially illegal.
