The Guyanais Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade(Département des affaires étrangères et du commerce) has officially opened the application process to acquire an embassy in Les Guyanes. As a nation that triumphs diplomacy, we hope to welcome people from around the world that share our values. Located in South America, made up of the former nations; Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, the Brazilian state of Amapa, and Southeast Venezuela.
There are currently five cities with diplomatic clearance and ability to host an embassy, these cities have been chosen by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade(Département des affaires étrangères et du commerce) as they are easily accessible by foreign governments and are major populations centers. The nation is generally divided into five different regions, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Amapá, and Guiana Highlands. Each region speaks a different language and local governments operate in that language, we recommend pursuing an embassy(or International School) in a region with a similar, if not the same, official language as that of your nation. The 38.8 million Guyanais are sure to welcome you with open arms!
