Unless your ideas of a "honeymoon" are:

- Getting lost in a forest (almost guaranteed death)
- Drowning in the tempting waters on 90% of the coast
- Being in a extreme-left state during the brink of civil war

then no. North Coldmont is (surprisingly :meh: ) not the place for your next romance.

(Although, the tourism industry is rather large... Maybe it's all the crazy people that have already been everywhere else? )

Plenty of domestic-based couples take their honeymoons here in Marstan, but we're not very popular for people from outside.

Unless the couple shares the political ideals of the current leader, they would probably be heavily vetted. Or killed by a firing squad. If they managed to get back to their home country, they would be bugged or brainwashed.

Yes. Foreigners greatly appreciate that our people are highly courteous and accommodating of guests. They enjoy the night life and scenery of our cities, the fun atmosphere, the clean air, and our natural treasures including beaches, rainforests and mountain ranges that are seldom described as less than 'gorgeous'. Honeymooning comes with the rest of our major industry in tourism, which is worth US$229.2 billion annually. Kilinitn, while one of the most difficult Merriwhethran towns for foreigners to pronounce (as it often comes out sounding like "kill 'n eat'n"), is the most popular honeymoon destination, as it is tranquil and looks out from a hill over the picturesque Motum Sound.

Tourists who visit Hindia Belanda mostly flock to the sunlit, pristine beaches and the cool highlands of the island of Bali. At any given day, the island hosts at least 60,000 tourists, amongst them are couples on their honeymoon.

Yes. Tourism industry is one of the largest contributors to Imperial economy due to its lax, liberal laws, perceived exoticism of the realm's traditions, as well as its pristine natural environment. Each has their own appeal to the different sort of newly-weds. Unlike the neighboring polity, Darussalam also accepts polygamous, same-sex, or even unmarried couples, as long as they reasonably adhere the public decency regulations and local customs.

Then again, the burgeoning prostitution industry (adult and child), as well as a general atmosphere of melancholia, cynicism, and hedonistic apathy fostered by an authoritarian government might be a turn-off for more pious, committed couples.

Yes, why would a sub-tropical and tropical archipelago not be a popular honeymoon destination; pristine beaches, beautiful cities, and amazing scenery.

Not really. While Alizeria has a huge tourism industry, honeymooners are likely to be put off by the inclement weather - it rains at the drop of a hat in Alizeria. Not really a romantic destination.

If you live in the capital then you need to ride either a plane or a maglev train to get to either of the two cities near the ocean or beach. Most people go to the south of the nation because it's farther from the dangerous parts of the nation and there are more spaces to rest and have a honeymoon and more ways to travel to other countries like Italy,Malta,France,Spain,Algeria,Morocco and Tunisia.

This nation exists for fun and insanity, not to represent my actual views which are much more mundane and boring.

Considering the amount of rain that falls into Gaerson and other places, no. Wizzi Island is an active honeymoon destination, though it isn't popular compared to the other places in other countries.

Yes. Despite being a rather poor unrecognized Bantustan of South Africa, the peace and tranquility of the beautiful waterfalls and hills of KaNgwane attracts many South Africans, citizens of other Bantustans and even visitors from overseas to come for their honeymoons.
