Greetings fellow Ambassadors and Leaders,
Under the Diplomatic Mission Act 1944 the Emerician Department of Foreign Affairs was granted authority to allow the establishment of legally recognized foreign embassies within Emericia. Following the establishment of the International Relations Executive Order 2034, the Department of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with opening the Emerician Embassy Programme to the international community as a whole.

All potential embassies will be located in the October Square district of the city of Leon, Emericia. October Square is adjacent to Blackstone Square, where the Central Government Building is located. Both October Square and Blackstone Square sitting on the most western point of Leon, are provided with a view of the entire city, along with Leon Harbor and the Blackstone Sea. All current embassies can be found on this official dispatch.

In order to establish an embassy, prospective embassy holding nations must fill out and return all of the attached forms with their application. Please keep in mind that the Urban Infrastructure Act 1981 restricts vehicles traveling within urbanized areas to a weight limit of 15 tons and prohibit tracked vehicles within urbanized areas. The Firearms Restriction Act 1977 prohibits weapons above 30mm, and only allows weapons in the class of pistol, sub-machine gun, semi-automatic rifle or shotgun. The Diplomatic Mission Act 1944 sets a maximum of 40 personnel, 20 individual weapons, 5 vehicles and a single small air-craft.

Said application has been Approved by the Office of Diplomatic Missions, and it is located at 17 Embassy Ave, October Square, Leon. Greetings Honorable Vitaliano Moreno,

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that your embassy application has been Approved by the Office of Diplomatic Missions, and it is located at 9 Weistone Rd, October Square, Leon. Weistone Rd is a smaller and more sheltered street, meaning it will be more difficult to access by large groups, I will also instruct the Commissioner of Police to deploy extra patrols to the area. Hopefully this location and additional police patrols should proven any potential violent action against your embassy, however civil unrest is uncommon in Emericia anyway (I can proudly say we have not had a period of civil unrest in Emericia that lasted longer than a day for 100 years). We will also ensure a personal chapel is constructed in the embassy for the ambassador, there is also a mixed faith church in the center of Leon known as the Olmak Cathedral. I too look forward to a positive and enduring diplomatic relationship between our two grand nations. An embassy application will be submitted by our own Commissar of Foreign Affairs post haste (I may have to go motivate him to do it immediately, as he is of yet to submit another application which I have informed him of).
