We also thank you and your office for the efforts to which they have gone in preparing 7 Beaulieu Plaza for us.

We will of course be more than happy to pay for the installation of the 5g wi-fi, satellite hook ups and fibre optic lines - we fully appreciate the historic nature of The 3rd Arrondissement and thus the reason why installation is required.

The sourced power and recycling facilities are also ideal - we thank you granting us permission to instal solar panels. Given however the nature of Beaulieu Plaza this isn't something we would want to do - it would feel 'wrong'

Like most VIA residents the embassy staff have a keen interest in health and fitness. As such I was wondering if it might be possible to either have gym facilities installed at 7 Beaulieu Plaza or for your office to indicate some good quality gyms in the immediate area.

In a similar vein the practice of Tai Chi is popular with a number of embassy staff. Given the Chinese values of Laeral we wonder if your office might be in a position to advise of any groups (preferably ones that practice in the open air I'm told!) they could join.

We also wonder about the possibility of your office being kind enough to supply contact details for suppliers of organic produce - we live in the real world and realise that eating 100% organic is difficult, if not impossible but we try where we can. It is to our mutual advantage to provide you with an embassy; no thanks is necessary. As for the eco-friendly installations, the majority of them were present on the property originally. As for the solar panels, we would have probably received a flood of complaints from the petty tyrants at the Historical Preservation Bureau, so we're probably saving both of us a lot of pain by not installing the solar panels (don't tell them I said that).
You could theoretically install exercise equipment at the embassy, but it would likely be impractical given the limited space inside the building. It's up to you how you arrange the interior of your embassy, but I would advise against using up valuable space that way. The nearest gym building is an Elite Fitness located off Rue de la Republique; they're a chain gym which charges 69.99 Marks per month. I haven't been there personally, but one of my staffers vouched for it. If you don't want to pay that much, there are local exercise clubs and programs at local community centers. They're generally free, but don't have the equipment that you could get at a gym.
As for tai chi, there is a group which operates over at the Parc de Égalité- I can't recall their name exactly, but if you just search 'tai chi group Laeralsford' you'll undoubtedly find a number of them. Other people prefer to do tai chi alone, and there are a number of local places where the diplomatic staff could do so. For example, Beaulieu Plaza, which has a road going around a central area with the statue of Alexandre Gautier, could easily be used for early-morning tai chi.
As for organic produce, most local grocery stores will have an organic section, and there is also a farmer's market over along the Laer riverbank which operates on Saturdays. Be advised that even conventionally-grown produce is regulated with regards to pesticide types and application level, so it doesn't have as many negative effects as the produce of certain other nations.
We have contacted the Laeralsford International Academy, and they will accept the Braithwaite children as students when they arrive. As for the trade agreements, we will be having a draft of a trade agreement sent to your national government for advisement. I believe the Ministry of Commerce was intending to focus on reducing trade barriers and lowering docking fees for vessels belonging to our various nations. Which goods are Verwood merchants intending to export to Laeral?

As for the power requirements, the embassy site is in an older building, and so is not as energy-efficient as we would like. However, the Laeralsford Municipal District is powered largely by the Seiliu Hydroelectric Dam, the Gorge Bend nuclear power plant, and the Vertou solar power facility, with additional power coming from either natural gas or more far-flung solar and wind plants. If this does not fit your specifications, feel free to install your own renewable energy generators, such as solar panels, onto the property's roof.

As for Ambassador Braithwaite's family, they may be homeschooled, or attend the local international school, the Laeralsford International Academy. While I do not have children attending there myself, the school is very highly rated, and many foreign diplomats choose to send their children there. Please let us know if Timothy and Michelle Braithwaite will be attending.

As for the diplomatic work itself, we hope to enjoy a long and productive relationship with Ambassador Braithwaite and Verwood Island Archipelago itself. The student exchange program has already been approved, although trade ties will take longer to work out. The chief export that we believe VIA consumers would want is our high-quality textiles, and Minister of Trade Lariscy is hoping to meet with Ambassador Braithwaite upon his arrival.

One final note: I happen to speak Old Laeralian myself, and it is rare to find a foreigner who speaks the language. As such, I may stop over at the embassy myself for a chat sometime, if my schedule permits it. Ambassador Braithwaite seems like quite an interesting person.

I write initially to thank you for the granting of an embassy to the Verwood Island Archipelago.

We also thank you and your office for the efforts to which they have gone in preparing 7 Beaulieu Plaza for us.

We will of course be more than happy to pay for the installation of the 5g wi-fi, satellite hook ups and fibre optic lines - we fully appreciate the historic nature of The 3rd Arrondissement and thus the reason why installation is required.

The sourced power and recycling facilities are also ideal - we thank you granting us permission to instal solar panels. Given however the nature of Beaulieu Plaza this isn't something we would want to do - it would feel 'wrong'

Like most VIA residents the embassy staff have a keen interest in health and fitness. As such I was wondering if it might be possible to either have gym facilities installed at 7 Beaulieu Plaza or for your office to indicate some good quality gyms in the immediate area.

In a similar vein the practice of Tai Chi is popular with a number of embassy staff. Given the Chinese values of Laeral we wonder if your office might be in a position to advise of any groups (preferably ones that practice in the open air I'm told!) they could join.

We also wonder about the possibility of your office being kind enough to supply contact details for suppliers of organic produce - we live in the real world and realise that eating 100% organic is difficult, if not impossible but we try where we can. A number of the embassy stuff have also indicated that they're looking forward to trying your famous sea food fresh from your local waters.

Ambassador Braithwaite has indicated that he would positively encourage for Timothy and Michelle to attend the Laeralsford International Academy and we thank you for the advisory. Would your office have the Academy contact the embassy when James and his family take residence please.
