What are these languages? Caucarusian, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Georgian, Russian, Persian and Turkish.
What is the percentage of the population that speaks these languages fluently? 99% are literate in Caucarusian. As the other languages are regional, such statistics are rarely collected.
