The Commonwealth is a semi-presidential system.

The Commonwealth's head of state is the President. The President is seen as a very general overall strategist and, in some sense, the head of the administration, but the position is largely ceremonial. The fifth and current President is Christine Justinian.

The head of government is the General Secretary of the Federal Government of the Commonwealth. This position is also sometimes referred to as 'prime minister'. The General Secretary theoretically serves at the pleasure of the President; in practice, however, it is not quite that simple. The current General Secretary is Marcus Whitaker.

The leader of the People’s Socialist Republic of Vanadrene is the General Secretary of the Communist Party Clark Stanimir. The Secretary acts as head of state and leader of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the highest authority in the nation and the highest organ of the only party that holds any legal or institutional power. All Party Congresses and meetings of the Central Committee are convened and overseen by the General Secretary. The position is elected by democratic vote of the Central Committee.

Stanimir is a fierce proponent of anti-imperialism, collectivization of industry and agriculture, as well as the equality of the women and the LGBTQ community. He has spoken strongly against the Imperialist wars against Iraq and Syria, the tyrannical rule of Donald Trump, and the general crisis of global capitalism and the misery that it creates for workers the world over. Under his leadership, our nation has accepted tens of thousands of refugees, completely eliminated homelessness and illiteracy, and inspired incredible devotion from the workers and respect from the leadership of many friendly socialist states such as Cuba and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK). Stanimir maintained a close correspondence with Fidel Castro up until his death and officiated the opening of a memorial to the late Cuban leader in Vanadrene City’s Revolution Square.

In 2016, she led the Leonorian Red Force, the rebel group responsible for the coup d'etat, overthrowing the Old Regime. After a short iron fist rule, she decided to establish a democracy in Leonoria. After the current election is over, we will see if she gets re-elected and can continue her rule.

The current leader of our nation is President Dan Ferrell

For his biography, he was borned in 1988, the same year his family, who are knowned centuries for being a poor family of farmers and labourers, manage to enter to politics after the fall of the communist government. They soon became rich from their new job, but they still attend to their farm. This, and their way of ruling because of their expereince of being poor, give them a positive public image. President Dan Ferrell was able to enter to the most prestigious political university in Kendor, and he joined the Democratic Party of Kendor. He was elected into presidency in the 2016 election.

Our Head of State is President Harald Stelberg, and our Head of Government is Prime Minister Anika Øie. Both are members of the Social Democratic and Green Party.

He served as Field Commander of Revolutionary Forces, and was later elected as President in the first Lamerikan Election.

So far he has overseen the ratification of a behemoth of a constitution and restricted the Duchy to simply leading the Houses of Parliament and being a tiebreaker in the even either house divides evenly.

However, Hirabayashi Mizuki would be considered our leader, as she's the most powerful and people rarely go against her.
She's also got a small cult following.

Mingdai has a constitutional parliamentary monarchy. The powers of "Head of state" and "head of government" are divided between two individuals.

The head of state is the Emperor, currently Emperor Yijun. The seat of the Emperor holds very little actual power to govern, however they serve to represent the great ideals of the nation both at home and abroad. Mingdai uses a hereditary system based upon the eldest child of the previous monarch to choose a new Emperor. This process is overseen by a court of ceremonial bureaucrats. The Emperor does, technically, appoint the Prime Minister however it is after the National Assembly designates their candidate for Prime Minister. The Emperor does not posses the power to go against the National Assembly's designated candidate.

The heat of government is the Prime Minister, currently Jia Zhenya. The Prime Minister is appointed by the Emperor following the general elections. The Prime Minister is designated by the National Assembly and is typically the leader of the majority party or coalition.
