We have a President named Fish. He's a fish. He's the nominal "head of state" but nobody would call him "the" leader.

Our Prime Minister is Schuyler Marmish. She chairs Cabinet meetings but our Members of Parliament follow the will of the people; they don't lead.

General Marie-Louise Castro-Stalina is arguably the most popular human in Fatatatutti, second only to Alphonse. Virtually the entire Army would follow her to hell and back. She could have any political office she wanted if she wanted one.

Alphonse is a duck. He has almost a billion friends on the social media site Fishbook. Rumours that they had to put on a special server just for his friends list have not been substantiated. Despite his immense popularity, he is a perennial second-runner in the presidential election - i.e. people are reluctant to actually follow him because he is more charismatic than capable.

The mistake Shayarmi made was shooting any physical body unrecognizable in the skies above our nation for fear of spying or the people being distracted by alleged UFO sightings. This created a huge body count of dead birds, which made our leader feel suicidal. Because of this poor judgment, he has since stopped the military from doing this any longer and wrote an Apology which is available for the world to read. In it, he states an attempt at redemption by saving more lives than he killed by forming more alliances with animal-loving nations in order to protect the animals within their own borders... We have formed a couple of such alliances in recent times, accordingly, on his orders.
