In the supreme effort to establish international relations with the wider world, by the Authority and Command of His Imperial Majesty, Nathaniel IV, by the Goddess of Peace, of Chrinthanium and her Dominions, Emperor; and under the supervision of the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs as headed by His Excellency Ivan Angler, the People of the Indefatigable Greatness of Chrinthanium do hereby ordain this program in the spirit of international relations and friendship.

The medium-sized, liberal, outspoken government is primarily concerned with Education, although Social Policy, Healthcare, and Welfare are also considered important, while Spirituality and Law & Order aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dariopolis. The average income tax rate is 68.2%, and even higher for the wealthy.
The frighteningly efficient Chrinthani economy, worth a remarkable 2,595 trillion Dollars a year, is quite specialized and led by the Book Publishing industry, with major contributions from Tourism and Information Technology. State-owned companies are reasonably common.
Chrinthanium is a very large nation (21 million square kilometers) which is mostly tropical or subtropical in climate with the exception of the norther province of Kinta, which has a humid continental climate which can see summer and winter extremes. Cirtus fruit and vegetables grow quite well and abundantly in Chrinthanium. The nation is socially progressive and thus has a very diverse population, which is something the nation celebrates. Everything from relaxing pastoral communities to hustling, bustling cities are available in Chrinthanium. There is almost something for everybody. Chrinthanium's national animal is the dolphin, which frolics freely in the nation's sparkling oceans. Chrinthanium's people are referred to as Chrinthani, though colloquially they are also known as Chrinnies.

Embassies shall be located in the Ambassadorial Quarter of the City of Dariopolis. The initial phase of this project has seen the opening of 20 embassies along the Northern side of International Avenue. These embassy buildings on International Avenue have been built to universal specifics for the sake of equality among the nations represented. Yet we are not without the understanding that it may be prudent and necessary that your nation be granted permission to occupy a larger embassy building. To that end, we have established 10 large embassies on Ambassador Drive which are also built to universal specifications. If your nation should require a large embassy, there will be space provided within the application to request and give explanation for a large location.
If your nation wishes to have a consulate, as opposed to a full embassy, you may use the new Consulate form below. Consulates are required to follow an augmented set of rules, the most predominant of which are that consulates are limited to no more then 15 persons, may not keep aircraft of Chrinthani soil, and must use the Consulate Office Building at 201 N. International Boulevard. At this time, there is no information regarding the space available at the Consulate Office Building, but this information will be forthcoming once the Chrinthani government has processed and approved it for public consumption. Consulate staff, including the consul, are require to make their own arrangements for living quarters.
Limitations on Embassies
The following list constitutes the guidelines for embassies and the limitations on persons, weapons, animals, plants, and other items the Chrinthani Government shall deem important enough to regulate. Every consideration will be given to all nations applying for an embassy with Chrinthanium who meet these guidelines. Nations who do not comply will not be given consideration. If your nation requires us to make an exception, please specify in the appropriate location in the application. Please note: special exception requests will need more time to process.
- No embassy may be staffed by more than 25 persons, including security. This does not include the ambassador or the ambassador's family.
- No automatic weapons, semi-automatic weapons, explosives, rockets, missiles, bombs of any kind will be permitted on Chrinthani soil. Military vehicles are also banned. There will be no exception granted to this rule.
Security staff shall be permitted to bring rifles, side arms, small arms, swords of various sorts, and non-lethal weaponry.
Plants, food, animals, drugs, and beverages must be declared at the border. These items may be denied entry for any reason. - Security staff cannot constitute more than 5 persons in your embassy. If your ambassador needs extra security, the Chrinthani Foreign Affairs Ministry can provide access to private security firms to further assist.
- Embassies will be required to declare any vehicles brought into the nation for the use of their staff. Please limit the amount of vehicles to no more than 3. Again, military vehicles are not permitted. Please be advised Dariopolis is a city of 21 million and traffic concerns have caused the Chrinthani government to request that vehicles be limited in size to no larger than a standard SUV up to the size of what is known as a Chevy Tahoe.
- Aircraft will be stationed at the Emperor Nicholas V Airport under the security of the Imperial Life Guard. No nation shall be permitted more than one aircraft on Chrinthani soil. All aircraft must meet the Imperial Aviation Administration's code for aircraft. Due to the large size of Chrinthanium, the Chrinthani government has given permission for jets no larger than a Boeign 737 to be stationed in the Diplomatic Terminal at the Nicholas V Airport.
- All embassy personnel, including the ambassador, are require to be vaccinated in accordance with the Imperial Health Service Act of 2014. Exceptions can be made on the grounds of religious affiliation in regards to vaccination; however, we reserve the right to reject applications from nations which can pose a health risk to the Chrinthani civil population.
- While the Indefatigable Greatness of Chrinthanium is not a member of the World Assembly, we understand that future applicants may be. It is therefore prudent and necessary that we adopt the protections afforded in GAR#22 the "Diplomatic Protection Act."
- Embassies which have been abandoned shall be terminated at the leisure of the Chrinthani government.
- Physical modifications to embassies must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prior to being undertaken. Embassies found in violation of this rule may be subject to forfeiture of their embassy and may be asked to obtain their own building from which to operate in future.
- The Office of Foreign Affairs, in conjunction with the Government of Chrinthanium, may update, augment, modify, change, remove, revoke, or otherwise expand or contract the requirements listed above at any time and in any way with limited warning.

The ground floor is home to a large, indoor shopping plaza complete with cafes, restaurants, duty-free shops, and information stands. The 3rd basement level has access to the Crawford Avenue Station of the Dariopolis Metro. It is serviced by lines A, B, D, F, T, N, 7, 9, and 12 as well as multiple MetroBus Lines. It is only a 5 block walk to Imperial Station, the central regional and national rail terminal.
All consulates in Chrinthanium will be located on floors 10-40 of Darion Tower. Each floor is divvied up into offices which can accommodate the consulates of 2 nations, thus there are spaces for up to 60 consulates. If you plan on having a large consulate which occupies an entire floor, you must request this separately and give a reason why we should so accommodate. Nations may stipulate which floor they wish to occupy as well as whether they wish to occupy the East side (facing the Skyline) or the West side (facing the river). In preparation for the eventuality that this building will fill, construction of the Transnational Tower is slated to end in 2018 and will open up 100 spaces for consular offices.
Nations wishing to apply for a Consulate in Chrinthanium must use the form below. Due to limited space, Consulates are limited to 15 persons, not including the Consul. Living arrangements for the Consul and all diplomatic staff must be arranged by their respective governments. The Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs can assist with nearby residential high rises that offer great accommodations for relatively little price (comparative to the rest of the city). Security is provided by the Vandari Guard, body guards of the Minister of State since 1709.
