There are less than 1000 Black People in Nerodanus. Before the revolution they were oppressed like any other civilian, after the Revolution they hold the same rights as any other person. Except for the Right of Return.

Blacks are indigenous to South Africa, and were once the majority of the population. Now, the racial makeup of the nation is 43% White, 34% Coloured (Multiracial), 9.5% Black, 7% Cape Coloured, 5% Asian and 1.5% Others. Blacks have limited rights are are subject to segregation from the general population, known as apartheid. Indigenous Blacks cannot vote, cannot attend the same schools as the rest of the population, cannot claim citizenship (unless the child of a citizen) among other things. There is a large anti-apartheid movement and it is thought at around half of the White, Coloured and Asian population are against it apartheid. The largest governing party - Labour - has reformed apartheid to make it less extreme but still wants to maintain it, and the junior coalition partner - the National Party - was the architect of apartheid and wants to keep it.

The totally anti-apartheid parties - the Progressives, United Left and Farmer's Party have 11.5% of the seats in the legislature, but their popularity is growing. That movement however is white-led and there is a large underground anti-apartheid movement led by Blacks and the African National Congress party. It is no longer strictly illegal but is restricted in its organisation and the presence it's allowed, and as it's Black-led (albeit with a sizable white support base), it cannot contest elections.

The black Holleans are descendants of slaves from 150 years ago who won their freedom through the Freed Struggle, a revolt which drove most of their masters out of Cosie. By law, Holleans are subject to the same rights as non-native Cosians like the white Louvians and the Asiatic Chuan; though they make up more than a quarter of the population, however, only in the past 50 years have the Holleans been granted high-level positions out of merit rather than as a show of diversity.

Besides the Freed Struggle, which is mandatory learning in Cosie's history textbooks, there have been smaller movements to improve the livelihood of Holleans, who are typically less well-off than the other non-natives. Very little progress has been made through these movements, either because of the government's hesitance to change the status quo or the general apathy felt by the nation towards movements in general.

Although black people represent less than 15% of Mikanjima's population, it is no surprise that since we are a feminist, welcoming (especially to Muslim refugees) and socially "woke" nation, Black Lives Matter (BLM) is extremely popular here, and that demonstrations in favor of that said movement are legal and tolerated by our authorities,

Even since the early days of the Legions, the nation has been a very large one with a global presence, yielding diversity of skin colour amongst the population. However due to proper cultural integration and our people being aware that they're all (super)humans has caused people to see no difference between whites, blacks or whatever other skin colour a person might have.

So 'black people' have the exact same rights as everybody else, because they are the same as everybody else. They receive the same proper education as whites, wholly state-funded, and thus have the same chances at making career as everyone else and they have the intellect to know that revolting against the nation for non-existant problems is idiotic at best.

The vast majority of black residents are foreign workers and are governed by the same rules and regulations as other foreign workers. Black citizens are rare enough most Austrasians will never meet one, the ones who exist are seen more as a curiosity than a threat. The popular comedian Gerhard Richter has built his career largely around the novelty of being a black man who speaks Gothic with native proficiency.

Black discrimination is a foreign concept. Soyouso's only racism issue is with countries they've been at war with because of their nationalism. The leader has brown skin but is not "African American" because there is a type Soyousian with her skin tone. No matter what race you are if you oppose the government and our glorious leader the police will beat you up mercilessly until you're kissing their boots pleading with them to stop and then throw you into a temporary holding cell while you await your execution. That's what I call equality.

Ilstur is made up almost completely of irish, scottish, and some german peoples. It never partook in the slave trade, so the only blacks there are ambassadors. If their were black people in Ilstur, they would have the same rights as a normal citizen, as long as they were born their.

Black people, and the mulattoes (mixed African and European blood) make up the majority ethnic group in Naxera. Otherwise white's are the most influent group and keep a lot: of political, mediatic and economic power. Mixed race Mulattoes obtained gradually full citizenship earlier than blacks.
The black majority and indigenous rights improved since our independence. Those include political participation and civil rights and access to public education. In general indigenous and Blacks in generally are poorer, have a higher illiteracy rate, and have worst living conditions than whites, they suffer from a higher probability of diying prematurelly by firearm or end in prision.
Anyways each year in general a higher number of blacks people leave powerty and become middle class. Also blacks are now a common view in high education and in well paid jobs (public or not).

Most black people have been protesting the current Government austery policies and budget cuts as they consider they delay 10 years their fully integration.
