[Virgin Island Republic]

The Virgin Island Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, seeking to further open relations to the international community, formally opens our embassy programme. All nations regardless of political affiliation, views, or history to open embassies, consulates, and interests sections within the VIR.

All embassies shall be located in the capital city, Charlotte Amalie, on the Island of Saint Thomas. Consulates may be opened anywhere in the country, with a maximum of two per nation.

Please note when deciding what vehicles to supply your mission with, that the VIR drives on the left

Rights of the Host Nation
Embassy grounds will not be entered by local authorities without authorisation of the national government of the host of the ambassador posted at the embassy. Permission will be assumed in the case of emergencies such as fire, but host nations may make other arraignments with local authorities. All embassies and consulates may have one plane stored at a local airport.
