Apparently His Majesty has decided that in order to be modern, we need to start opening embassies and establishing contact with other nations. Now I don't very much like humans, but if I want to keep my job I'll stomach the thought of you balding monkey-things just long enough to send this message. An area within the city of Wahmori, the capital of our Kingdom, has been prepared to act as the embassy district and a number of 75x75 metre lots have been prepared for the construction of embassies. There are also rooms within the Palace of the Unbroken Horn being prepared for consulates and various other government run buildings within the city.

Of course we're not letting you have full run of the nation. You are forbidden from bringing in weaponry, contraband items such as narcotics or alcohol, slaves and any plants or animals that might pose a threat to the ecosystem if they get loose. You may not use the embassy to spy on our government. Orlondilan law shall apply within your embassy as well; as far as we're concerned we're simply loaning you the land. None of this extraterritorality nonsense. We will, however, abide by certain codes and practises, such as diplomatic immunity for ambassadors and ambassadorial staff (when on duty) and never shall we enter any embassy without invition, except during situations where national security, or that of the guest nation's citizens, are at risk. Any nation found constantly breaking our laws or else we simply don't like will be asked to leave. If they don't, the Orlondilan Guard will tell them to leave.

Your embassy will be completed as soon as we finish building it, expect a telegram within six or seven months. Until then, your ambassador will have an office within the Palace that he can work from.

I'm impressed that anyone even speaks our language, let alone eleven others, it'd certainly make things simpler on our part. Just specify how many weapons you'll need and how many vehicles you'll be bringing over, then I can rubber stamp this form to get things moving. We're trying to track down a sculptor somewhere, but we minotaurs don't have much in the artists. Hopefully you'll have one heck of a garden ornament soon, though.

Unfortunately we are not interested with alliances at this present moment in time, particularly since you're currently fighting a war, but the King is happy to agree to a non-aggression pact with the prospect of some kind of alliance in the future. Until then, we're happy to help supply you with food, supplies and equipment, but nothing more.
