Exept for one small technicality, we need you to re-check the number of staff and the number of staff who are catching public transport. It is not posible to have 40 people catching public transportation when there are only 25 staff members and even if there's 40 staff members, then it would zero for other forms of transport

If by a few you mean 100 per security staff? Sure we have no problem with that, infact, you may have upto 200 per security staff. And why stop with guns? You may also have tiny bombs which will kill a group of 20 people but won't damage anything!
