Are you sure you weren’t going for something like this?
I only ask because the skirt is actually in front of the road wheels.

That's what I thought it was at first which is why I didn't raise the question, but when zoomed in there didn't seem to be a good delineation between the wheels and the skirt.

I've never understood why that country never seems to throw anything away. They are still using scrap like BTR-40 and T-34/76, which were even being dropped from the workers' militia units in Eastern Europe thirty plus years ago?
