Modern tanks can not withstand each others' main guns.

While this point can be debated until the Sun explodes, your tank should at least be able to defend against early PG-7V, SPG-9 and early D-10T APC from the front.

I like the T-90 because I feel it's more suited for our mostly wet a rainy islands with the mud we get from the rain (M1 being heavy gets stuck in mud alot).

But depending on what kind of environment you're in exactly, MBTs probably don't have a place. If you're like Indonesia, you're best sticking with light tanks (with MBT guns) that can be easily transported from island to island. MBTs might be too heavy for sort of thing.

If you are looking for MBT's with really low ground pressure it looks like your best bet is something based on the M60. The original is pretty long in the tooth but as something like the Magach or Sabra Mk.1 might still be fairly competitive and has a fairly low .83 kg/cm² (12 psi)

Why did the US choose to move onto the 90mm from the 76mm? The shells are roughly the same length, with the 90mm being considerably wider due to having shoulders, so why didn't they just give the 76mm a more powerful charge by making the case wider instead?

if the damage to the armour array is judged to be significant, cut the top off the armour cavity, remove and replace armour array, replace top, and weld up hole in the cosmetic armour plate.

if it's not significant you just weld up the hole

it's a depot level operation at minimum (if you have replacement Armour arrays)

if you're like the British army and you don't, you just throw the tank away

It could be done by a battalion in the US Army with some minor attached FSB support. Namely, welders.

The Leopard 3 first entered service in 2005 and succeeded the Leopard 2 and is now the main battle tank of the Buttastic Army.The Leopard 3 has seen action in the Brasilistan War and currently in the War in Donbass.Development of the Leopard 3 started in 1992 after a joint project with the United Kingdom and West Germany to create the MBT-80 failed.The main focus was to make a tank that was capable of high speeds on cross country areas and urban areas.Another main focus on the Leopard 3 was to greatly improve the armor from its previous counterpart,the Leopard 2,while still maintaining the ability to have great firepower without sacrificing speed.

The Leopard 3 can achieve speeds of 72 km/h on cross country roads while still maintaining the ability to accurately fire on the move up to 5,000 meters on rough terrain.The main gun is the Rheinmetall 130mm L/51 smoothbore gun.There are also a coaxial 7.62 MG-3 machine gun,a 12.7-mm mg that is mounted in a CROWS weapon system,and a Panzershrek-16 mounted in a CROWS weapon system used for eliminating infantry,light armored vehicles,and helicopters.The tank carries 42 rounds of ammunition for the main gun, 4200 rounds of ammunition for the MG-3, 2500 rounds of ammunition for the 12.7-mm mg, and 20 rockets for the Panzershrek-16.

The Leopard 3 has a state of the art semi-active hydropneumatic suspension. Every boogie wheel can be individually controlled, allowing the Leopard 3 to "sit", "stand", "kneel" or to "lean" in any direction. This feature gives tank a number of advantages.It is aslo claimed that this type of suspension on the Leopard 3 is also easier to maintain than traditional suspensions on other tanks.

The Leopard 3 tank is also completed with an active protection system and countermeasures system.

Currently the Leopard 3 is one of the most advanced main battle tanks in the world, outclassing anything North Korea or China have.With all the technology put in the tank it doesn't come to a suprise that there is a high cost for building the tank.The Leopard 3 is one the most expensive main battle tanks to date,overtaking the Japanese Type 90 MBT at a price of 8 million infographics.

Could you get a functional vehicle by mounting the turret off an AMX-13-105 on to the hull of a T-34?

I doubt it. The T-34-100 was a ridiculous design alone. Putting an AMX turret is basically giving yourself a less capable chassis(prewar chassis and postwar turret?) with a turret not for the tank it was originally designed for. It's possible, with the T-34-100 and T-34-122 existing, but if you have the option I don't see why you wouldn't go with the T-55 or, if you prefer, Comet/Centurion.

The AMX 13 75 turret was mounted to both the M24 Chaffee chassis and the M4 Sherman chassis. T-34 chassis might be able to physically mount the thing, and it'd just be funny to see probably.

The front of the hull is kinda odd, and I feel like you've got too many periscopes/viewports (especially on the secondary turrets), but I'm digging the T35-style layout.

Honestly I'm just always paranoid about visibility. Especially with close defense turrets like them, they're really the eyes of the Commander, who is also the 60mm gunner.

More WIP. Added two pintle MG 15s, one for the Commander and on for the Loader. Also put racks on the side of the barbette holding MG 15 drums. The turrets have a few drums inside them, but those external ones are just because there's room for them. They're also within reaching distance of the gunners so that's a plus. Also to note all the MGs are MG 15s besides the coax M1919.
