Does your nation's leader have vehicles for his/her personal use?
Queen Karen daily drives a Toyota Century issued by the government, while her actual vehicles, a Nissan Skyline GTR R32, a 1965 Ford Thunderbird, a 1967 Mazda Cosmo, and a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis, are used during her off time. The Mercury is also used as a DD.

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed?
She owns all her vehicles except the state limousine and the Toyota Century.

Does the leader drive, or does he/she have a chauffeur?
Queen Karen will almost always drive herself aside from special occasions. The Royal Guard will follow her to ensure nobody tries anything.

What special modifications do the vehicles have?
-Secure phone and WiFi
-Bulletproofing
-Runflat tires
-Red emergency lighting
-Upgraded brakes
-Modified engine
-Reinforced body

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use?
They are kept in the garage at the Royal residences.

Who provides maintenance and repairs?
The Queen normally performs maintenance on her personal vehicles, but will take it to a specialist if it is beyond her skills. Maintenence on the government-issued Century and the official state car are performed by certified technicians.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road?
She does not require a license to drive within Belantica and the territories, but she has one in case she decides to drive in another nation. Despite being exempt from road riles, she still will follow them, kind of.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving?
In the past, yes. She also was the one to pull you over as well due to being a former police officer.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)?
"I always though the A4 was really just a glorified Passat, but the 911 is probably one of the most stable vehicles at high speeds, and able to be upgraded to handle more power and speed, in other words, it's a solid car for the average enthusiast"-Queen Karen

• Lord Regent: Mitsubishi Dignity
• Prime Minister: Strega Soiga (a locally-made luxury sedan)

These cars are personally owned by the leaders:
• Queen: Audi A4, Chrysler 300, Cadillac CTS
• Lord Regent: BMW X5, Honda Civic
• Prime Minister: Mini-Cooper, Porsche 911

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed?

See above.

For government-owned cars, a chauffeur drives them.
For the royal jet, an Air Force pilot flies it.
For personal vehicles, they are driven by the leaders.

What special modifications do the vehicles have?

For government owned cars, bulletproof hulls and windows, WiFi and electrical outlets.

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use?

For the queen's and Lord Regent's cars, in the Royal Palace's garage.
For the royal jet, in Kastor Air Base near Atlantis City.
For the Prime Minister's cars, in his house's garage.

Who provides maintenance and repairs?

For the queen's and Lord Regent's cars, servant technicians do.
For the royal jet, some Air Force technicians do.
The Prime Minister goes to a mechanic near his home to maintain his cars.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road?

All leaders are beholden to the rules of the road.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving?

Not in their years of service as leaders.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)?

Impressive.

Uses certain NS stats.

Atlantis is an MT nation that is the third richest country in the world, behind only China and the United States. It is closer to the USA, UK, Italy and Spain (in that order, though Italy and Spain is probably tied) culturally than it is Greece. It is also a naval power.

And no, Atlantis is not underwater: It has a land area around the size of France.

Pros: Classical liberalism, democracy, the West, Brexit, Viktor Orban, free education, strong military
Cons: Authoritarianism, fascism, communism, multiculturalism, Islamism

Does your nation's leader have vehicles for his/her personal use? The Empress does most of her travel by rail, but when traveling on city streets she is ferried about in one of several heavily modified Vauxhall D-Types.

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed? They are reserved for use by the Imperial First Family, and considered attached to the title rather than being any Emperor's specific property.

Does the leader drive, or does he/she have a chauffeur? The Emperor traditionally has a chauffeur.

What special modifications do the vehicles have? Armor plating around the passenger cab and engine, as well as puncture-proof tires and compartments for concealed pistols (as well as a submachine gun for the driver) throughout.

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use? The Imperial Palace has a basement motor pool.

Who provides maintenance and repairs? A small staff of mechanics are employed solely for the maintenance of the Imperial First Family's motor vehicles among other things.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road? Technically if the Emperor wishes to drive himself he requires a driver's license, but no such license is needed when he is a passenger. He is still nominally subject to traffic rules save for the fact that a sitting Emperor cannot be imprisoned, only fined.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving? No.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)? Where do they make cars that look like that?

Does your nation's leader have vehicles for his/her personal use? Yes. One is a heavily-armored limousine, with room for many people in the back and the capability to withstand almost any explosive. The other is an SUV-looking car, that the leader can drive, that is still bulletproof and armored. In addition, the King owns a small, armored, private jet.

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed? They are owned by the King, but cannot be sold.

Does the leader drive, or does he/she have a chauffeur? The King sometimes drives the SUV, but rides in the armored limo. Obviously, he does not fly the plane.

What special modifications do the vehicles have? Bulletproofing, armor (bomb-resistant), oxygen tanks in case of chemical attack, and tear gas sprayers and water cannons to repel attackers.

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use? The cars are kept parked in the Royal Palace. The plane always stays on the runway in case of an emergency requiring the King to be in the air (ex. A nuclear attack).

Who provides maintenance and repairs? The King's personal staff.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road? The King and his staff need driver's licenses. In normal circumstances, they must follow the rules of the road, but in an emergency they can break them provided they activate the vehicle's lights and sirens.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving? Yes, twice. Because the King isn't above the law, the first time he was given an official warning, and the second he got a ticket for 2 hours of community service, which he promptly served.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)? OOC: Not too sure, not a car person, sorry!

Does your nation's leader have vehicles for his/her personal use?: Yes, Emperor Caelus owns the following:
-3x Markus Class Hovercraft
-2x Armored Transport and Peaekeeping Vehicle (ATPV)

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed?: Theoretically they are owned by the Capital Peacekeepers, however they are effectively owned by him as his personal transports.

Does the leader drive, or does he/she have a chauffeur? He is capable of driving, he knows how to drive both hovorcraft and AFPV's, but generally has a chauffeur.

What special modifications do the vehicles have? The AFPV's have extra armor plating, an internal radio resistant to most types of EMP, Physical and Chemical damage. The Hovorcraft has advanced stealth and cloaking devices, are resistant to most kinds of damage, and contain both flares and counter-missles which can be fired at heatseeking or guided misses to destroy them.

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use? They can be stored in a number of highly fortified bases across Panem. Guards are always posted over them, selected randomly and forced to watch each other for the duration of their shifts. Much like North Korean border guards, actually.

Who provides maintenance and repairs? There exists a highly-specialized team of around three-hundred individuals who are indoctrinated heavy and trained to be experts in their fields. They are responsible for the full-time maintenance and repair of Emperor Caelus's vehicles. Mistakes are punished harshly.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road? No, mainly because he is the Emperor and has unquestioned authority across the nation. Others are required too, only peacekeepers, special capital citizens, rangers in the wilderness and key members of District governments can get access to personal vehicles. He is also above the law.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving? No. All Peacekeepers are made aware when the Emperor is passing through the area, such a mistake would inevitably lead to the peacekeeper facing a harsh reprimand and best and an execution at worse.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)? He feels they aren't as flashy as he expected, but that they were certainly respectable vehicles if nothing else.

Does your nation's leader have vehicles for his/her personal use?

Yes, a 2003 Toyota Prius and a government-owned limo.

Are the vehicles owned, rented or borrowed?

Owned for the Prius; borrowed, I suppose, for the limo (it's not technically "hers")

Does the leader drive, or does he/she have a chauffeur?

She drives the Prius herself, but is generally driven to work in the limo.

What special modifications do the vehicles have?

A Co-Exist bumper sticker

Where are the vehicles kept when they are not in use?

Either at her personal residence in the suburbs of Eden, or at Lamb of God Palace, the official residence of the Presiding Bishops of Happy Christian Land

Who provides maintenance and repairs?

Government-approved mechanics, who are carefully vetted and compensated generously.

Does the leader need a driving licence, and is he/she required to follow the rules of the road?

Yes, no one is above the law.

Has the leader ever been "pulled over" (stopped by police) while driving?

No more often than anyone else, and never when in the limo.

Opinion question: What do you think of our Phoenix Empress' taste in cars (Audi A4, Porsche 911)?

Excessive.
