Ministro Trindade,

It is my firmest desire to reciprocate Reino do Brazil's establishment of an embassy in Astrolinium. Given our limited resources, however, I thought that, rather than sending a full embassy, it might be more fitting for Astrolinium to appoint an honorary consulate within Reino do Brazil to serve the diplomatic needs of Astrolinians abroad. Per the usual practice regarding consulates, our consul will be happy to find his own, private residence within the city of New Frontier. While this request deviates from the form provided, I hope it does not do so overly much. Please contact me posthaste if there are any issues with this request.
