Korelian Regional Election:

The elections for the Korelian House of Deputies are set to take place in two weeks. Currently, the frontrunning party is the dominant Nationalist Imperial Worker's Party which is regionally led by businessman Heinze Grenzere, polling at 67% of likely Korelian voters. In second is Kole Grahame's National-Liberal Party which has gained a following in the inner city of Dessen Korelia with a platform of anti-protectionist, free-market economics, and an emphasis on keeping the military out of government. This stance has proved to be controversial since it is in direct opposition to the widely popular Grand Chancellor Friedrich Zakaria, who also currently serves as Grand Marshal of the Empire. However, he has stressed the importance of cleaning up the Kaarel river (a widely popular issue), so his party has secured around 24% support across the Archduchy. Finally, the Socialist United Front has just over 6% support, regionally led by former union representative Marie Holhauzere who is aware that her party has lost significant support among its target base due to the NIVP's employment programs, so she has taken up the issue of income inequality as a talking point.

An NIVP victory is almost guaranteed on election day but the possibility exists that they will not be able to secure the all-powerful 2/3 Supermajority. Grenzere said that he would be open to a cooperative coalition with the NLP if his party does not attain 66/100 seats, but he hopes that this will not be necessary. Grahame has not commented on whether he would be in support of the idea.

The modern world is the world of freedom, democracy, and nations - no more authoritarian imperialism."

Vascea's party "Mazi - The Social Democrats" have became one of the most popular political parties in polling. Founded in 2017, but not contesting the 2018 elections, the party was joined by numerous independents and two LCU Synkentroses, and sits as the smallest party on the Synkentros. However, the party is neck and neck with the Republicans and LCU in recent polls, and there's suggestions that a "grand coalition" of the moderate left (Mazi-LCU-Chaldian NP), led by the new Mazi party could form. Vascea's recent remarks, and the media response, could be damaging for the party, though at the same time they could attract minority support in regions that have historically voted for the Republicans purely in support of devolution.

Ever since the national congress of Painisia`s second largest party, the right-wing nationalist Independent Front, chose their new successor for the leadership of the party, a strain of shocking and repulsive statements has been made from the holy successor. Tom Ruckens Albertie, otherwise known as Painisia`s pseudo-Alex Jones, has not spared his ammunition when he made it to Painisia`s political stage. Albertie`s rants and curses are not unknown to Painisians, but after he ascended to the position as leader of The Independent Front, he took his behavior to an another level. In his first session at The Congress of Deputies as leader of the IF, he launched a tirade against The Shibaist Party and the Democrats of The Left. "Those goddamn bloodsuckers at The Shibaist Party have done nothing but raped our nation!", referring to the Shibaist Party's decision to leave the grand coalition with the Independent Front earlier in 2018. "Those alien demons in the Democrats of The Left have only secured brainwashing our children to commit surgery to become a 31st gender!", "It is time that our honorable Painisia citizen must declare a war against the Cultural Marxist demons in Granderburg! Particularly the socialists! Purge!".

His long strain of tirades have not stopped. Albertie has so far claimed that the Democratic Independents is not actually a Christian party, but a libertine Freemason party which is a dedicated slave to the next world order. Moreover, he claimed that the DI`s leader Pierre Longines is not in fact a Methodist, but a Salafi Muslim on the basis that his skin color was more tan than the average Painisian one. Furthermore, he has continued his blietzkrieg against The Shibaist Party. During an inflammatory party conference in Provence, he stated that The Shibaist Party secretly organizes kidnapping of children and teenagers in order to brainwash them into sex slavery for Enrick Letto, the leader. This drew strong reactions, particularly from the Shibaist electorate and leadership.

Another shocking claim he made was that the liberal Republican Progressive Party in fact consisted of reptilians intent on invading Painisia through UFO laser wars. To add more, he also claimed that he would sentence all entrepreneurs and businessmen to death for treason to the nation. Albertie has not spared anything against all the parties here in Painisia. He called the Green League a haven for arrogant New Age Satanist women who planned to introduce anti-human teachings in public schools.

Man Accused of Treason in Northern Saint Glennwood City
Over the past few Months, Lukas Oliver, 54, was allegedly providing the Republic of Aldovia with sensitive Saint Arsenian data and records, Officials say. His Wife of 25 years, who asked not to be identified, allegedly contacted authorities about the issue, after she found what appeared to be sensitive documents regarding the Saint Arsenian Government, and other sensitive information on the Nation in a cardboard box near Mr. Olivers Office Desk at their home in Northern Saint Glennwood City. "This is an act of Treason against the Nation. What Mr. Oliver did cannot and will not go unpunished, and he will be turned into the proper authorities. As of now, the trial date for Mr. Oliver has not yet been set, but will be within the next few months," said Mayor Rachel Williams in an interview with "Insight Daily."

The upcoming Presidential Election in Aldovia, apparently brings Saint Arsenio into high alert. Officials working with King Macio report threats of Violence and War from Presidential Candidate Marcus Ingrid of Aldovia. The current President of Aldovia, Luis Warner warns King Macio of violence, should he lose the Election. The President says that Marcus Ingrid is not one to play with, and should be taken seriously. Ingrid wrote to King Macio earlier in the year. Here is an excerpt from his letter: "If you do not call troops back from Northern Athens, this will be seen as an act of war, and when I am voted into office, you'd better be ready for one." National Public Broadcaster: A new poll shows a strengthening base of support for the New Democrats and National Conservatives with the Social Democrats and Christian Social Union both seeing their support collapse even further. The Greens could also become a significant player if they keep their current level of support to election day. Elections are set to take place in November 2019.

Front-runner Laura Nyborg could face a combative Ariel Sigmund, the Conservative nominee, and a desperate Mary Ward leading the struggling incumbent Social Democrats. 5 Children Rescued from Human Traffickers

The Damber City Police rescued 5 children from the hands of human traffickers during a raid early Wednesday morning.

The police were originally called in to deal with a drug bust, police chief Roben Doo told our journalists. “We had been investigating a local drug ring, and track it down to that location. Until that night, there had been no apparent evidence of trafficking at that location.”

The children, ages ranging from 2 to 5 years old, were reunited with their families earlier today.

President Dabed made a statement about the incident early this morning, saying “the fact that this abhorrent behavior has happened here, right under my nose, is disturbing to say the least. I will ensure that such activity within this city is to be squashed in its place.”

It is one of the most anticipated time of the year! The National Bubble Festival! Families, friends, lovers and even that one hermit named Hyun that lives by that hovel near the river gathered in the Grand National Park to celebrate the bubble festival. Public servants are seen giving away free large bottles of bubbles and a variety of bubble wands to play with.

Snacks and beverages are also being sold, and being consistent with the bubble theme with the Kynovian bubble tarts and pearl milk teas being featured on the menu. Cotton candy and balloons are also being sold in the park for very cheap price.

Several DJs are present in the event, offering their service for free and playing several family friendly hit songs to enhance the joyous atmosphere.

Human Trafficking Ring may have Government connections

The Damber City Police have found possible leads on the human trafficking case that show connections to high ranking officials.

Following Wednesday's rescue of human trafficking victims, an anonymous source led police to investigate government accounts, revealing that money was being funneled in by several men who were arrested Wednesday. Police have not revealed yet what exactly they've found in their investigation so far.

Experts say that a scandal of this magnitude could potentially ruin President Dabed's reelection campaign. "This sort of crime happening within the halls of the capital, all while President Dabed preaches about cracking down on trafficking? It's potentially career ending" says Dereg Mogog, Professor of Government at Damber University.

President Damber refused to answer questions about the case.

The Politics Daily: The NDP's rise in the polls for the upcoming presidential and legislative elections have led many to contend that Avinaa is set see the return of the "solid center" which has defined our politics for the last 50 years (the NDP are thus far the only major party to have won a majority government). If their polling numbers hold they are almost certain to win about 40% of the party preference vote and Laura Nyborg will make it to the second round with around 35%. Translated into seats they could come tantalizingly close to a majority (186 seats out of 400) as of today. However, Nyborg and her party's platform are anything but centrist. Capitalizing on a weakening Social Democratic Party they have come out in support of universal dental care, pharma care, and expanding Medicare to cover mental health services. Nyborg's new climate policy and the NDP's promise to end oil and coal subsidies can rival the Greens whose support has risen to record highs. Polling of likely voters have also shown that the once strong centrist bloc has all but collapsed with 90% of voters identifying as either "strongly liberal or strongly conservative."

Early this morning, the Kodagok National Assembly formally announced the impeachment of Dabed Bagaron.

Impeachment proceedings started on the 25th following the release of information tying Dabed to a human trafficking ring in the capital. “We as a nation cannot afford to keep such a despicable man in office, especially when he has leveraged his power to hide this for so long” said Senator Goreg Magan during the formal announcement of the impeachment.

Partito del Pópolo leads Greatregional elections polls in Dalmatia

The right to far right party, Partito del Pópolo, founded last year, is first in the last polls for greatregional elections in Dalmatia, passing PP by 1 point. That could be the first time a not regional or not bipartidism party wins in a Great Region.

Remember that in national elections, Pópolo finished second in Dalmatia, but with 15 point difference from PP, and 2 for the third place, the PSD.
