21 year old Julian Kõper had been arrested after the gas in the hot air balloon ran out. At 7:27pm, he was taxiing on runway 32L and was caught by authorities just 6 minutes later, found to be high on LSD and possessing... ahem... Mary Jane.

Soviet Union: National Bolsheviks Blockade Vladivostok!
SAKDAL!
March 19th, 2019

VLADIVOSTOK—In a bellicose move by the Russian National Bolshevik Party, free ports in Vladivostok were seized at around 6:24 PM today as part of a General Strike initiated since Saturday last week. Workers, under the support of the Vladivostok Mayor and Soviet assembly, as well as even local police authorities in the area, were called-upon by agitators to set-up a perimeter blocking the transfer of goods from the docks. Whilst none or reported to have been hurt in this display, and with the agitators appearing to be pacifistic and unarmed at this moment; news has already reached Moscow, and General-Secretary of the Soviet Union, Vladimir Putin, has ordered the perpetrators to cease and desist under the presupposition of the mobilization of riot police and further escalation of the conflict.

General Strikes had already long been called-for by the National Bolsheviks, after a series of shady transactions were leaked to the Soviet public by anonymous hackers (suspected to be NazBol sympathizers by Russian press) through secret digital documents detailing a clandestine lowering of Western import tariffication in exchange for the demobilization of American military units in Israel.

Last Monday, Putin had admitted to parts of the transaction, stating that the process was for the "stabilization of the situation between Israel and Palestine". Almost overnight, disagreeing workers' collectives throughout the Union began to organize significant opposition in the State Congress. However, this reformist move was deemed a farce by vocal advocates of the National Bolshevik Party.

Historically, the NBP believes in the National Bolshevik ideas that arose during the Russian Civil War, such as those from Professor Nikolai Ustryalov, who came to believe that Bolshevism could be modified to serve nationalistic purposes. His followers, the Smenovekhovtsy, who then came to regard themselves as National Bolsheviks, borrowed the term from Ernst Niekisch, who was a German politician initially associated with left-wing politics and later, the National Bolshevik ideology.

With the solidification of Strasserite ideas in Europe, Trotskyist clamp-downs on National Bolshevik ideals were conducted around the same time the 1995 Cultural Revolutions were being enacted in the Pan-Asiatic States. With many National Bolshevik congressionals having been purged from the ranks of the All-Union Communist Party, the National Bolshevik Party remains resolute in its stance of support for Neo-Stalinist ideals rather than status quo popularization of Trotskyist ones. Because the current National Bolshevik Party cannot run for traditional electoral politics, it has been the legacy of the National Bolsheviks and will continue to be the legacy of Anti-Trotskyists in the Soviet Union to promote such bellicose actions in order to affect the sociopolitical sphere.

Polls conducted in November have cited a sudden influx of the National Bolsheviks since 2010, despite the repeated attempts to silence advocates of the movement. According to prominent officials of the new sect, the blockade will continue until the transparency of the Moscow government with its people on the transactions is achieved. However, many constituents of the Party seek to seize several other ports to put-forth the isolationist and self-sufficing needs of the Russian National Bolsheviks.

At this moment, the stand of the Pan-Asiatic States on the matter remains yet unknown, as no statement has been given, despite Vladivostok's historical significance. It is noted that Vladivostok was the city where the Vladivostok Conference was conducted, essentially outlining Soviet involvement in Asia, and thus, the eventual establishment of the Pan-Asiatic States. Neo-Sakdalista advocates are calling this apathy to the situation a great irony.

However, without proper organization and employance of a pacifist endeavor; many expect this insurgency to meet its end soon, especially upon the arrival of riot police to reinforce the city's garrison. Despite this, we, the Neo-Sakdalista Movement, actively support the situation in the Soviet Far-East. Believing in the integrity of a strong, nationalistic government to be the foundation of a grand people and a culturally vibrant society; we stand by our allies in the National Bolshevik Party.

We call-upon the Federal authorities to take action and reach-out to the insurgents in Vladivostok. People of Asia; the time is upon us to shackle our chains and resist the neo-imperialism brought about by Trotskyism! Let Socialism in One Country prevail!

All glory to the oppressed peoples of the world! Death to Revisionism!

TIPRI Bridges Urban-Provincial Education In Laos
Neo-Manila Post
March 19th, 2019

The Indochinese District Assembly approved a new ordinance outlining edicts for the rehabilitation of the state of education throughout the Laotian region of the Tri-Interregional Popular Republic of Indochina. The outline included guidelines to create more suitable learning facilities and provide rural provinces with more modernized academic equipment to be imported from manufacturing establishments in the Tagalog Soviet Socialist Republic, matching the academic standards of those in the urban centers.

The Ministry of Finance is currently reviewing the outline and organizing funds for the initiative. The comprehensive State Ordinance includes the rehabilitation of more than 23 Elementary Schools statewide, and the creation of 17 new ones; as well the importation of a yet unlisted number of computers, books, gadgets, discs, and television sets.

It was to no surprise that the ordinance was passed without any significant opposition as vocal advocates of the movement were allegedly 'following in the footsteps' of TIPRI's State-President, Nguyễn Phú Trọng, referring to a speech he had given on an official visit to the Inner Mongolian region for the Chinese-Indochinese Socioeconomic Development Assembly earlier this month, when he was quoted saying; "Our city graduates are returning to their provincial homes. This means an influx of intelligible citizens with a passion for their families, and home prefectures. Thus, mechanization of our educational assets should be a priority, as this means a huge opportunity is bestowed upon us. We need to encourage a mentoral system. The city will raise the province. The province will raise the nation."

An additional statement was made by the State-President earlier this morning upon receiving news of the ordinance's initiation, citing that "development opportunities in the countryside are a premium comparative advantage for the Indochinese region".

The majority of leaders of the Indochinese District Assembly remain resolute in their belief that enacting more legislative accords that deal with citizen specialization rather than immediate industrialization will mobilize the economic agenda of the Pan-Asiatic States as a whole, in a safe, socialist environment.

SDPC: No Debt Crisis Coming For Foreign Investors
Caixin Global
March 18th, 2019

In light of recent events involving the sudden influx of economic revenue for the various Pan-Asiatic state-enterprises, many investors have been inquisiting the officials of the Federation regarding the status of the foreign sector. Leading economists such as [leading economist] believe that the Pan-Asiatic States is heading for a debt crisis due to the massive spending habits being effected by both the central Federal government and the composite autarkic authorities.

SDPC State Commissary Ryang Dong-Wook refuted such claims in a popular video released to the public this afternoon. The video, produced by the agency to address the primary concerns of international investors regarding the status of the various investable economic sectors of the Pan-Asiatic States and the future of trade and industry according to the mandated policies of Secretary-General Garrick, cited similarities in governance as the agenda of that of First Secretary-General of the Federation JMC Sison during his campaign to rebuild the Pan-Asiatic States following the fallout of the Third Pacific War.

The video has been highly criticized by foreign netizens for surmounting a 'cult of personality effect' around the current administration. While some investors remain tedious in their lendings, polls by several organizations illustrate that locals are beginning to see the Sixth Administration for what it wants to be seen as: a herald of the 21st Century Pan-Asia.

Whilst speculation for the next steps in steering the nation to further prosperity remains vague at the moment, confidence in the capabilities of the executive have never been higher, and whether such excitement is misplaced or not remains to be seen in the products of such endeavors.

SAGANOSEKI: Old Sakuradite Mining Region Shuts Down After Collapse Accident
Nguoi Viet Daily News
March 20, 2019

Japanese State-President Kazuo Shii confirmed in a Press Release this afternoon that a list of Sakuradite mines in the state's Saganoseki region will be permanently closed due to an accident that had occured last night; March 19, 2019. The shutdown will prevent state-enterprise Yonezawa Development Corporation from conducting any more extraction procedures. Dismantling of the equipment and processing for the re-assignment of the miners have already begun. Because of the region's complex structure and antiquity, despite the state's best efforts being poured into the deconstruction of the facilities, Yonezawa's spokesperson reports that the entire initiative may take approximately more than a month, around 40 days or less.

Sakuradite, the nation's most powerful energy source, was allegedly mishandled by workers of the mines. The highly combustible material became, whether intentionally or unintentionally, handled in an uncontrolled temperature when coolant devices were faultily, and un-dutifully, uninspected. Manifests suggest that the coolants had long missed its routinary inspections, and corporate authorities are conducting a full investigation into the matter. At 11:00 PM, raw Sakuradite from sections of the underground exploded and collapsed the lowest levels.

At this hour, names of those responsible for the accident remain yet unreleased, and their fate remains unknown. However, authorities are certain that none have gone injured, missing, or killed, during the night's events.

Several conspiracy theorists believe the act to be of terrorist origin, such as by the Neo-Kuomintang or other fringe organizations, however, lack of evidence and claimants of responsibility refute it otherwise.

CRISIS: Armed Protests In East Timor, State-President Nearly Killed In Mob-Attack!
Neo-Manila Post
March 25th, 2019

DILI, EAST TIMOR—Rallying deterrence activists who have been on-strike in Melanesia for nearly a month have taken to armed protestation! At roughly 6:41 in the evening today, heavily armed personnel stormed protest-barricades and nearly shot the State-President of Melanesia, Kerika-Rebia Kasi.

Parallel to the events in the capital, insurrectionists across the East Timor region attempted to storm key ports following the rallying call of the uprising that had occured in Vladivostok, where it had been conducted by the Russian National Bolshevik Party. The attack in Dili was timed during a military parade being conducted in honor of the militarization, which leads many to believe the attack was targeted as an act of terrorism against the Pan-Asiatic States.

The plan, based on recovered documents, was to do what had been done in Vladivostok but through armed means, with masses holding the ports hostage until the government gave into the demands of demilitarization.

The mastermind of the uprising remains unknown despite many rather believing the idea of the lack of one (and that the attack was a skirmish more than a premonition with loose coordination), yet officially, an investigation is already underway under the authority of the Ministry of State and Public Security.

No official claims to the attack have been made, and the official government statement on the issue remains that the attack was in no way, a coordinated assault, but rather, a minor skirmish conducted between a few distraught citizens carrying personal firearms. Following the uprising, well-known abolitionist terror-cell, the Neo-Kuomintang Army, paid 'tribute' and took advantage of the anarchy in the region by releasing a propaganda video on social media stating that such an uprising demonstrates the sheer fallibility of the Pan-Asiatic States to terrorism, and the government's incapability to address the major concerns of the people.

While officially, both uprisings have been quelled at this time, and the propaganda video suppressed, the entire nation has turned its eyes on the Southeast Asian state, questioning how the flames of rebellion had been fanned into a violent pyre in the first place.

March has been shrouded with much controversy surmounting the issue of the rearmament of Melanesian lands, as for most, it had been an issue of protecting the State's autonomy within the Federation, and the presence of Federal military units, having bypassed Congressional limits through an executive decree, on the soil of an autonomous state, had long been seen as an act of violation against the 'national characteristic' of Melanesia. Despite this, vocal activists were more avid of the termination of the militarization through more legal manners, such as congressional aspirant Kumi-Kispe Maru, who had also nearly been killed by the hostilities this evening.

Thus, residents were taken by surprise when at 6:41, the furious mob begun its sporadic attack towards an official Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces convoy conducting a parade-march on Americo Tomas Avenue, near the Office of the State-President, in Dili. An esoteric order was passed-on to the officers of the military through their radios. Minimal casualties were permitted on the civilian side. The tanks began to vacate at this time. Insurrectionists opening-fire downed multiple casualties on the Army's side, who desperately took cover, awaiting the gendarmerie.

In the chaos of the moment, protestors nearly killed the State-President of Melanesia, as a small group was able to flank the gendarmerie from behind and nearly storm the office. According to post-action accounts by the gendarmerie, the mobsters' approach through the lobby's back entrance was halted when a few agents were alerted by their footsteps. A short firefight was conducted when two members of the group attempted to open-fire on the gendarmerie agents using surprisingly military-grade LMGs. The State-President was soon after, escorted to the helipad and airlifted to the capital, where he remained for the rest of the encounter.

On the avenue, reports indicate that the protestors ripped the guns off the slurred evacuation of armed men quickly. This hour-long affair would take place until riot police could quell the resistance to a stalemate. At 7:41, pushing on both sides of the spectrum took place, each side charging like batteries. Leaders of the rebellion began hauling vodka cocktails to subvert the advancing shields of the gendarmerie. The initial attack saw 5 dead on both sides and 18 arrested.

At 7:30, in the Estádio Municipal de Díli, Kumi-Kispe's initially pacifist rally was brought ablaze by a planted bomb, an explosion shattered an entire wing of the gendarmerie, setting fire to a few others. Gunshots succeeded the bomb, and the fighting had begun here as well. Whilst the Congressman barely escaped with his life, 3 Brukean journalists (including popular reporter Kidan Zalelew of the Dubian), and a cameraman were caught in the blast radius. 6 well-trained and well-equipped insurgents carrying modernized submachine guns fought with fervor but were met with echoing LMG suppression. After an hour of intense gunfire, and 2 of their comrades badly injured, the hostiles surrendered with their arms raised and their weapons on the ground.

The third insurgent choke-point in Dili alone was a Catholic prayer-rally in the Capela Sagrada Família. At this church, the perimeter was quickly secured, and the rallyists quickly surrendered. Each were inspected, and the gendarmerie faced no resistance. An order was placed: suspected whereabouts of the insurrectionists were raided based on eyewitness accounts. Several interrogated witnesses guide them underneath the sewers. The gendarmerie disperse around the area and discover plans to bomb 4 more ports around the area of East Timor. The plans are terminated and many more conspirators are arrested.

At 11:00 AM of the 25th, the situation was declared to have been quelled, and cleanup of the carnage commenced. Throughout East Timor, including attacks from both the ports and in the capital, it has been recorded that 34 have been killed and over 200 arrested await trial for the crime of conspiracy against the local government. In the ports of East Timor, many of the insurgents simply gave-up when they had run out of ammunition.

Many question whether the situation has truly been extirpated. Head of State Yoon-Sook has stated in an interview, that the Neo-Kuomintang "may have been right" to call-out the Pan-Asiatic States' mistakes. Many questions regarding the seemingly precise coordination of the attack remain unsolved, but many are more concerned that this may be a sign of weakness for the solidarity of the Federal governance capabilities which have long been prided upon by the Pan-Asiatic States.

Pan-Asiatic States Rejects Deterrence Talks Proposed By West American Union
Neo-Manila Post
March 21st, 2019

The Jules Sevier Long-Range Missile Detachment Base

Pictured above is the Jules Sevier Long-Range Missile Detachment Base, and the Fort Frontier complex as a whole, is the crown jewel of the West American Treaty Organization (ራብ አሜሪካን ህብረት), which the Royal Republic of Bruke has ceded membership to. Only a few years before, West American Treaty Organization member states had debated amongst themselves whether the Long-Range Missile Detachment should be scrapped, along with the International Satellite and Missile Defense, as relics of a more perilous age.

This afternoon, their Treaty Organization, with Tamru Negasi, Bruke's newly-elected Prime Minister leading them, issued a declaration aiming for an agenda to deter Pan-Asiatic military build-up: to have missiles of their own pointed towards the East (which had been the original plan when Jules Sevier and the other bases were first built, and standing WATO policy up to today) would not be conductive to easing tensions. According to Brukean articles, the decision was made as such: the L-RMD was to be stood down, and an offer of hosting a summit was be made, in the hopes of spurring some kind of detente between East and West, citing:

We are deeply concerned at the prospect of Pan-Asiatic deployment of long-range ballistic missiles pointed at the United States- doing so would inevitably put the whole of the Americas at risk, the West American Union included.

We have, at this critical juncture, chosen not to have our forces in a state of prolonged readiness- as a sign of good faith and good will.

The security element of the West American Union, the West American Treaty Organization, at our request, will make sure that the Long-Range Missile Detachment stands down- the first time this has occurred since the program was created nearly 50 years ago.

With the goal of facilitating a lasting peace for the world at large, we will make our governments available to host a summit between the Pan-Asiatic States and the United States of America.

However, the Pan-Asiatic Sixth Administration, with the support of the Federal constituent executives, have issued their own proclamation rejecting any concession of nuclear armaments, especially of ballistic missile silos in Melanesia. This counter-declaration made shortly after the preceding order has been reprinted by the Neo-Manila Post:

SONGUN—an ideological crusade that is derived from the Four Military Lines policy implemented 1991, first in Korea, then throughout a nation learned of the unprepared-for catastrophes dealt by the Third Pacific War. The doctrine's aim was to arm the entire population, fortify the entire Federation, train every soldier to become a cadre and modernize the entire military sector. It is the idea that national independence, sovereignty and prosperity is dependent on being organized and well-armed. It is a tradition of this Federated People's Republic.

Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary! That is the dictate of Karl Marx. The Kautskyite advocacy of “disarmament”, which is addressed to the present governments of the imperialist Great Powers, is the most vulgar opportunism, it is bourgeois pacifism, which actually—in spite of the “good intentions” of the sentimental Kautskyites—serves to distract the workers from the revolutionary struggle. For this advocacy seeks to instil in the workers the idea that the present bourgeois governments of the imperialist powers are not bound to each other by thousands of threads of finance capital and by scores or hundreds of corresponding secret treaties (i.e., predatory, plundering treaties, preparing the way for imperialist war).

We reject any attempt to disarm revolutionary, Pan-Asiatic society. The Sixth Administration hereby inform the general public that a General Deliberation to concede or not was initiated at exactly 5:00 this afternoon, 21st March, in the People's Year 2019. The West American Treaty Organization's good intentions disregard the diplomatic, class-based disposition of the Pan-Asiatic States. An overwhelming 7 out 9 State-Presidents have voted non-concession, and to continue, instead, the militarization, training, drills, and experimentation of military assets in the Melanesian islands.

Special notice must be given to the negative stance taken by the State-President of the Unitary State of Melanesia, Kerika-Rebia Kasi, who, under the powers bestowed upon her by the People, has initiated this special deliberation in the first place, leading the opposition to the propounded antithesis. Any concession or compromise of the Pan-Asiatic States towards its WMD programs, any foreign-influenced demilitarization, nor any quasijudicial action taken towards the disarmament of the Federal military will not be tolerated by the constituents of this democratic government.

With the goal of securing the sovereign interests for the people of Asia at large, we strongly oppose any summit short of the United States' admission and consequent apology of their plots to sabotage Pan-Asiatic trade in the Atlantic. We will continue to arm the proletariat for the sake of independent self-realization. We will continue to host Naval and Aerial exercises in the regions deemed strategically compromisable by the Ministry of Defense.

Finally, we demand that all nations concerned respect the democratic process of the Pan-Asiatic States. We stand resolute.

Wèi Rénmín Fúwù!

While it remains unclear whether tensions between WATO and the Pan-Asiatic States will bear any escalation, Asians remain cautious of the situation.

Sigmund edges out Hart in tight Primary Race

Postby Avinaa » Sun Apr 07, 2019 3:17 pm

Associated Press Reporting: April 2nd, 2019 Voters in Avinaa finally know everyone who will be competing in the upcoming presidential election. The National Conservative Party (NCP), the only major party needing a runoff, selected Governor Ariel Sigmund over former senator and 2016 nominee Linda Hart 57-43%. Sigmund faces a difficult task uniting the nation's "big tent" party (jokingly referred to as the National Consensus Party) when she faces pressure from a strong centrist challenge in the NDP's Laura Nyborg, and from the far right's Adam Harris. Sigmund must balance both wings of her party if she hopes to have a united NCP in the November 2019 legislative and March 2020 presidential elections. Sigmund will face Social Democrat Mary Ward, mayor of Rome, Senator Laura Nyborg of the New Democrats who served as prime minister from 2005-2010, and Senator Adam Harris of the Christian Social Union who is launching his third bid for president after losing in both 2012 and 2016.

In the first round on March 2nd Sigmund won 46.8% to Hart's 35.0% with former prime minsiter (2011-2015) John Black receiving 18.2%.

FORMER PRESIDENT CHARGED WITH RACKETEERING, CORRUPTION, EGREGIOUS ABUSE OF EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY AND BANK FRAUD

The massive corruption scandal revolving around the Administration of former President Johnathan Crankshore Roosevelt (2008 - 2016) is seeing headway being made by the New York State Attorney General's Office. Many top aides and formal government officials stand to be charged with crimes ranging from misconduct in office to espionage and in the case of one, treason. The former President himself has been charged with crimes ranging from abuse of authority to bank fraud.

Franklin Split

Colored stickmen from some other dimensions have caused a referenda in Franklin County in whether the colored stickmen should have a domain of their own (A county of their own). A majority of people allowed the colored stickmen to form Algodoo County, which is also known as the densely populated county, due to its above-average population for a Trinadaed county, and a small size. A few scattered individuals are elites in power, but only some participate in Trinadaed's military.

PAS Normalizes Relations With Victorious Sampornese Revolutionaries Through Official State-Visit
Bagumbayan
April 16th, 2019

The Pan-Asiatic Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the approval of the de facto Minister of Foreign Affairs, Secretary-General Abra, has approved the conduction of a state-visit bound for the newly-constituted Jamahiriya of Samporna, a socialist archipelago which the Federation hopes to normalize relations with following the deposition of the old monarchistic government and the establishment of the new 'Peopledom'. On April 16, 2019, at 1:57 PM, delegates left the tarmac of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Neo-Manila, and set their course to meet the new proletarian committees who have declared sovereignty over their war-torn nation.

Last April 8, the Office of the Sixth Administration released a statement congratulating the success of the Socialist revolution in Samporna, in a public dispatch entitled 'Normalizing Political and Economic Relations With the Jamahiriya of Samporna, Addressed to the People's Congress of the Jamahiriya'.

The Jamahiriya of Samporna, a young nation, won its independence only recently when the last of the Sampornese Royal Army was detained or executed by the revolutionary government. However, the nation has long since been a place of culturally-connected peoples, with its origins rooted in the Sunni Islam faith.

The dispatch outlined the position of the Asian Communist Party on the recent affairs of the Samporenese government, hoping to re-establish the trade routes (with even a possibility of expansion of such endeavors) which the two nations once shared. The dispatch also outlined the mutual construction of embassies between the Jamahiriya government and the Federated People's Republic. A few days later, The Popular Conference of Samporna responded with an invitation to the Secretary-General to personally visit their nation on official state-visit to further the agenda of the terms indicated by the release, which has been promptly accepted.

Eyewitness accounts and footage indicate that on the way to the airport itself, paparazzi trailed the Secretary-General's limousine, and on the way to the executive airbus, it followed his footsteps, showing that media attention on the historic summit is still reportedly at an all-time high.

Despite this, to the citizens of the capital and of the Federation, the summit seemed only a little off-putting. In our interviews of public opinion on the matter, many cited that the summit was 'out-of-place' and that the Pan-Asiatic government should focus all efforts on the immediate economic problems before aiding the affairs of distant lands. On social media, many netizens express their distraught at the Trade and Industry Commission's offer to lower tariffs in favor of the Sampornese government, a point raised in the original dispatch sent by the Federation. One such netizen even stated: "We shouldn't tend to somebody else's plants if our own backyard is on fire."

The Pan-Asiatic States, after all, is in the middle of major crises. The Federation must deal with affairs of utmost international importance, such as managing the country's position in the International Socialist Congress, and reconstructing damaged resources, both collateral and physical, in their own territories of East Timor (following the armed protests of March 25). But, in a press release, the Secretary-General had insisted that:

"The affairs of this Federated People's Republic should not limit itself with the mere development of productive forces at [home] but should be ready to embrace long-term styles of thinking [...] especially when in regard to allies of the Socialist cause."

One motivation for the pursuit of the agenda, despite the difficulties on the home front, which the Secretary-General had referred to, was Samporna's access to a sizable oil reserve. The Trade and Industry Commission has already stated that these reserves are in the best interest of the Pan-Asiatic States' fiscal policy and military expansion. The Commission has drafted much incentives and well-priced bargains for the acquisition of this oil, and many locals of the Federation fear that these

Agenda for the upcoming summit between the two nations, as proposed by Zhan Yahui-Molotov Sr., the Secretary-General's Undersecretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aside from trade matters, may also include discussions on the political atmosphere of the world in regard to each nation's socio-political problems, possibilities of exchanging government advisers to observe, report, and humbly comment on the overseeing of Socialist affairs in both nations, and the creation of Party consulates alongside ambassadorial consulates throughout major cities in both the Pan-Asiatic States and Samporna.

While the future between the Pan-Asiatic States, long a friend of the revolutionary struggle, and Samporna, remain yet unknown, many are optimistic about the possibility of more cordial relations.

Brukean People's Party of the Republic 'Political Consulate' In Neo-Manila Now Open to the Public
Eastern Press Universal
April 16th, 2019

Image
The insignia of the People's Party of the Republic, Bruke

Image
An old photograph of the People's Party's leader, Sefanit Fasika, who recently lost the elections for Prime Ministership in Bruke

NEO-MANILA—Jovial celebrations are being held on Ortigas Avenue beginning from 4:54 PM today until around 8:00 tonight. The Internationale fanfare is played by the Beijing Marching Band, listened and subsequently applauded to by the Socialists of the era, including the Pan-Asiatic States' own Head of State, Sonya Ruogang Yoon-Sook.

The celebrations are in-honor of the establishment of the 'Political Consulate' of the People's Party of the Republic, a Brukean self-proclaimed 'Libertarian Socialist' party. Agreements between the Party and the Federation had occurred a little over a month ago, wherein the Federation expressed support for the Party's recent struggling agenda to protect factory engineers from exposure to dangerous chemicals, to put the criminally negligent Central and Metropolitan Utility under the control of its rank-and-file, and to form workers’ cooperatives.

The work of the People's Party is supposedly being carried-out on all fronts local, provincial, and federal. The aim of the consulacy was therefore to provide the Party with what expertise the Asian Communist Party and the general Asian community could provide, acting as a private channel of communication between the Party and the People's Republic's government in Neo-Manila.

However, it is also meant to benefit the Asian masses as an educational channel, as cited in the original dispatch relayed to Brukean People's Party officials last month:

One of the purposes of the political consulate which we are hoping to put-forward is its role as a socio-cultural consulate for Pan-Asiatic academics pursuing Brukean studies, specifically, of Brukean Socialist studies offered to university students and Party members (both veteran and aspiring) pursuing law, international history, political science, anthropology, and other such studies which have outlined Bruke as a subject of political discourse.

The consulacy is open to the public, and its offices are readily available to students interested in pursuing Brukean political history or general culture as their college degree. For the more average person, the building also harbors a small interactive museum in its basement abridging and putting on-display the many conflicts and struggles the Brukean people have fought to attain, as well as their many major footprints on history. The museum features copies of old photographs, reprinted documents, articles, timelines, videos, and placards bringing the socialist and sovereign struggle of Bruke to life.

While some intrigue has been ascertained by officials concerning how vocal support for a single political party in Bruke may affect international and official affairs with the democratic country, the Sixth Administration has already implied that it wholeheartedly would rather suffer any minor fallout of the situation rather than allow such earth-shattering ideas never to be brought under the Asian sun.

Plane just crashed near Syracuse!

The travel A-451 from the MedeaterraAir airlines recently crashed in the island of Sicily. It is reported that, of the 80 passengers that were currently traveling from Alexandria to Barcelona, only 2 survived the crash. It is notable that the current political campaign of the Radical Liberty party against the Unitary party is currently going on. The main candidate of the Radical Liberty party, which is notably more oriented towards "freedom", had the CEO of MedeaterraAir, Alexandros Nikopoulos, running as the president of the Commonwealth.

The CEO announced a week earlier that he would hold a press conference in Constantinople about his campaign, so it is highly likely this topic is mentioned. MedeaterraAir hasn't made a public announcement yet of what happened and what kind of compensation will be given to the families. So all the eyes are currently set on Alexandros.

Protests in Athens following new tax law

Athens, the capital of the province of the same name, just had a protest against the new tax laws that the local government has proposed it. It is not a coincidence that her Gracious Queen, Edel VI de Molina, is having a visit on Athens on the same day of the protests. No incident of vandalism has been reported, but the tension Athenians currently have will probably make Madrid keep an eye on Athens, and will intervene if this escalates into further violence and the local government refuses to listen to the people.

Boeing 737 MAX 8 makes emergency landing at Skaeghan-Newholland Airport
Low-cost carrier JoijairBlu had to make an emergency landing at Skaeghan-Newholland Airport on Sunday night after the crew claimed that the plane kept lowering its nose during its ascent from Hoek River Airfield on its way to neighbouring island Kalistria. One passenger suffered mild injuries. Nobody else was hurt. There is an ongoing investigation.

Official statement from President Bojanov: "We must ground all 737 MAX 8s"
President Emil Bojanov consulted with JTIA President Taron Caragh on Monday morning over concerns about the safety of the Boeing 737 MAX 8 in Joijan airspace. He later proclaimed in a speech, "Our priority is the safety of Joijan citizens and the people who come to Joija to appreciate its beauty. That's why the JTIA and I will try our best to prevent the compromisation of the safety of the Joijan people and our tourists. We must ground all 737 Max 8s. Ban them from Joijan airspace if we have to. We can't let people suffer -- because if we don't do anything -- one day, the blood will be on me and the JTIA's hands."

JTIA vs. Boeing - who will triumph?
The Joijan Transport Investigation Authority has rejected intervention from Boeing for Sunday's incident. President of the JTIA and Chief Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Taron Caragh, has called Boeing "corrupt" and say they'll only "get in the way of investigation by bribing our investigators into putting the blame on the pilots and crew". Boeing has not yet commented.

Capriles disapproval rating hits record high

Postby Avinaa » Sat Apr 27, 2019 3:24 pm

The National Post: President Justin Capriles made history once again, although probably not in the way he had hoped. In a new poll has found the public's satisfaction with his job performance has only continued to collapse with a record 58% of respondents saying they disapproved. In some good news, for the second straight poll his approval didn't go down and remained at 23%. The nation's youngest ever president, he became the first incumbent president to lose his own party's re-nomination in history.

Second Phase of World Brain Satellite Network Covering the Earth and Moon Goes Into Effect

The second phase of the World Brain Institute total internet communication network has started. An upgrade allowing for mapping the whole earth and moon in real time has been added to the network. In addition ground penetrating and ocean penetrating radar allows a real time map of the entire earth. This will allow a complete map of the location of archeological relics as well as sunken ships. In addition on the moon, it will be able to pinpoint the location of high concentrations of Helium 3, water, and other elements providing important resource maps in real time for the settlers on the moon.

A variety of uses have been suggested by the Space Studies Institute including better meteorological data, improved energy mapping for the location of solar, wind, hydroelectric, and ocean power. Superior land assessment for farming and long term growth plans for cities. This is a major step forward for the UniversalCommons.

Asian Workers Relax, Commemorate, and Celebrate On May 1 Labor Day
Eastern Press Universal
May 1st, 2019

NEO-MANILA—Districts across the metropolitan sang their National Anthem followed by L'Internationale (in Filipino) on the joyous occasion of Labor Day, synced at exactly 7 in the morning. While the event was an informal organization merely agreed upon by district officials, and only promulgated through social media outlets, many citizens still opted to join the ceremonies; gathering around statues of national heroes at local parks, or around the flag of the Pan-Asiatic States at the courtyard of their respective district halls. After the singing, the pledge of allegiance was recited, and in many districts, the local leaders led chants along the lines of "Mabuhay ang Pederasyon!" (Long Live the Federation!), "Mabuhay ang Sambayanan!" (Long Live the Community!), and "Mabuhay ang Sangkapuluan!" (Long Live the Archipelago!), to which, for each, the crowds would respond "Mabuhay!" (Long Live!).

Similar occurrences were also performed in China, Korea, Burma, Japan, Nusantara, Indochina, Siam, and Melanesia; at their respective morning time-zones. In Japan, State-President Kazuo Shii himself oversaw with the Ministry of Defense, an Air Force show in the afternoon, complete with fighter formations in the shape of a star flying over the skies of Neo-Tokyo. In Beijing, China; the Chinese State-President Xi Jinping organized a 21-gun salute with artillery to commemorate the fallen heroes of the Pacific Wars—and as part of a four-day Labor Day national holiday.

Controversially, during the 1995 Cultural Revolution, May Day in the Pan-Asiatic States was considered, almost the most important holiday in the country. Amplitudinous rallies and demonstrations across Asia were organized to celebrate this day, and while they still are, then, the holiday was more of in the theme of imposing political character. However, at the end of the 20th century, the situation changed dramatically as hardcore control of the Federation over its constituent states became more and more obsolete. While many are a bit concerned that State-Presidents and local district leaders have been exploiting the occasion to contribute as much to the parades as they humanly can to inflate their public figure, one organizer from Andong, Korea put it as being a "blessing in disguise".

Today Labor Day in Asia is a sort of a cheerful family holiday. During these three days of holidays, urban Asians go to the countryside, meet-up with friends, and attend solemn events. Many people visit theaters and exhibitions. The streets of the Asian cities hold demonstrations and performances.

May Day holidays are the best time to visit Asia, because at this period of the year, state-owned companies incentivise rest and relaxation. Not only can you visit the main attractions of the country at discounted prices, but this also makes it ideal for tourists and citizens alike to go shopping and generally enjoy themselves under the summer sun.

Secretary-General Guanyu Urges To Continue Afforestation In China
The Voice of Nusantara
April 30th, 2019

BEIJING—Secretary-General Guanyu "Abra" Abramovich stressed efforts to carry forward the Federation's tradition of loving, planting and protecting trees, and to involve the whole society in promoting afforestation.

Wide participation by everyone in Asia should be encouraged in pushing for large-scale afforestation of the country to achieve more tangible results, said the Secretary-General. He made the remarks while attending a tree-planting activity in East Beijing's Tongzhou District and planting saplings of different types of trees. State leaders of the Chinese Confederation, including State-President Xi Jinping, Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Zhao Leji, Han Zheng and Wang Qishan, also attended the activity.

Comrade Abra talked with school children who were also attending the tree planting activity, asking about their study and sport exercises, urging them to foster awareness about environmental protection starting from childhood, and encouraging them to build a more beautiful Fatherland with their own hands.

In the past 40 years, The State of China, in particular, has doubled their forest area and forest stock volume, and China is home to the world's largest man-made forest. The proportion of Asia's contribution to the world's vegetation increase also ranked first in thanks to the Chinese Confederation.

At the same time, the lack of forests and vegetation, and fragile ecological environment are still problems that need tremendous efforts, said Comrade Abra.

Comrade Abra stressed that the Asian nation has a good tradition of loving, planting and protecting trees. Wide participation by everyone in Asia should be encouraged and officials at all levels should set examples as volunteer tree planters.

Efforts should be taken to promote the high-quality development of afforestation, coordinate management of mountains, waters, forests, farmland, lakes and grassland, continuously advance the building of forest city and forest countryside, the Secretary-General said.

The Secretary-General called for solid efforts to improve people's living environment, develop a green economy, and strengthen forest management and protection to achieve more tangible results.

Congress of Soviets Passes 'Executive Role Re-Organization and Registration Act' (ERROR Act)
Neo-Manila Post
April 30th, 2019

Sonya Yoon-Sook signed the passing of the ERROR Act today at 4:38 PM, an emendation-legislation proposed 2 months ago by her and her coalition of Congressmen and Congresswomen to rename executive positions to more convenient and less bureaucratically-misinterpreted roles. The Federal Act won by an outstanding majority vote of 3080 - 920.

Historically, the use of the Pan-Asiatic States has always delineated from the popular usage of the term "Head of State" and "Head of Government" has been misinterpreted by analysts and world leaders alike. The Head of State in the Pan-Asiatic context has always referred to the President of the Legislature, and the Head of Government, to the Prime Minister.

This problem had begun from the beginning of the Federation itself, in 1992, when the government was patterned after an unstable amalgamation between independent Soviet Union-style governance and the established Soviet-puppet 'Pan-Asiatic Soviet Socialist Provisional Republic', both of which massively contradicted each other, as powers within the hands of the premier 'General-Secretary' of the Provisional Republic were essentially dictatorial, but were necessary in keeping early peace between the constituents of the Federation. The division of powers between being the Prime Minister and being the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces was introduced by the '90s Independence Movement to prevent imperial control over the semi-executive statuses of the State-Presidents as autonomous premiers constituting a greater Federation.

However, the problem arose in the establishment of a contrast between the triumvirate-style of government unique to the Pan-Asiatic States. The issue was heavily debated, and the status quo of Asian rule was established.

The ERROR Act does not meddle with the current powers bestowed upon the members of an Administration, but will merely 'rename' the aforementioned positions of Head of State and Head of Government to State Soviet and Supreme Commissary respectively. The State Soviet will remain to be the President of the Legislature, and the Supreme Commissary will remain to be the Prime Minister.

Thus, today henceforth, Sonya Yoon-Sook is the acting State Soviet, and Fernando Lawrencio III is the acting Supreme Commissary of the Federated People's Republic of Pan-Asiatic States.
