Trying to get a single province IC'ly and then a couple of other provinces as a sort-of-NPC.

The main intention with the NPC is to mostly just have some lore pre-set there to help facilitate my nation's lore, with the actual IC nation I control being a single city-state. NPC would just be "The [insert region name here] Anarchy", with me not really caring if anybody sought to really set up shop there or expand into it. Below is the region I wish to claim represented on the map fully, it's circled in, and then a close-up of the provinces along with a key.

The black one is Ledenmark, my country, its capital is Rosanheim
The rest is npcs, the red dots being the capitals and the grey one settlements

Dark Blue: Kvenndalr
Velvet: Haldafjall
Dark Green: Vindarfnn
Yellow: Myrriki
Aqua: Entholz
Light Green: Lindandal
Fuchsia: Dalhaim

If the name of the countries don't fit, then sacrifice the settlements, otherwise, it's fine, do what's best, oh and change the name of Fagrhofn to Vindarhofn
