Well what would happen to you would depend upon your actions in regards to Girlgroupism, the state religion and required belief of all citizens.

If you professed to being atheist while at least paying lip-service to the requirements to follow Girlgroupism (i.e. listening to Korean girl groups at least six hours a day), then at worst you might face some slight social ostracization for not really believing in Girlgroupism but otherwise the government would leave you alone.

If you professed to being atheist while also denying Girlgroupism and the divinity of the Perfect Idol, then at best you will find yourself in a reeducation camp where you will brainwashed into loving K-pop with all your heart learn the errors of your ways and become a devoted follower of Girlgroupism. At worst, you may find yourself stripped of your citizenship, having your mental functionalities 'removed', and enslaved, as K-poptopia law allows for the enslavement of those who refuse to follow Girlgroupism following a bit of surgery to make them dumb and obedient. That being said, we prefer to try to lead people into following Girlgroupism and the slavery thing is only for particularly troublesome cases who refused to follow it no matter how many times we tried.

However, people in more rural areas may kick you out of their towns just because you're atheist, as they're still Ultra Religious.

In the Servalia region, general outlook on atheism tends to be the same in the urban areas. People in rural areas are slightly more religious, but because freedom of religion isn't practiced in those areas of Servalia (Serval doesn't enforce it), saying it in a rural town in Servalia is basically a death wish.

The reason why rural communities can pretty much kill atheists in Servalia is because, in Caracalia, rural communities are monitored by the Caracalian Police Force, who make sure they don't kill any atheists, on fear of being arrested. In Servalia, this isn't true, meaning rural communities are allowed to get away with this.
