No-one but the most fervent and preachy Keepers of the Craft would care and even then they'd just scoff at you and proclaim you a "lost unbeliever," maybe they'd attempt to convert you if they were that kind of person.
Perhaps radical Pueblists, if you were unlucky enough to meet one, would get angry enough to assault you - but since more than a quarter of the population is atheist you really wouldn't be considered weird or strange by anyone with more than two brain cells.

The Grand Cooperative Combine of Islamic Revolutionary and Renovationary States is a rather religious country. If you said that you are an atheist in the Grand Cooperative Combine, the most likely cause of action would be that you would get hunted down by the Combine's Religious Brigade.

Depends on the countries. The State of Illysia is largely atheist or non-practicing, so no one cares. The warlord states, Republic of Illysia, and Illysian Empire are more religious but have their own atheist minorities, so usually nothing more than a "no one cares" or a frown will occur in those states.

You'd probably be approached by 10 different people, all trying to convert you to their religion (each one touting a different religion), but if you asked them to leave you alone, they would.

We are a Christian nation in that we try to live like Jesus did (love, non-judgement, caring for the poor), but we never force religion on anyone. At the end of the day, it's your responsibility to find what you believe to be true.

═───╡❖╞────────═ Declaration of Atheism in the Freehold of Ephyra ═────────╡❖╞───═

Atheism is of no consequence within the Freehold on a legal standing. The Freehold is very large, contains a lot of people, and a large myriad of cultures and beliefs held under Freehold Selian common law.

By Selian law, there is no consequence to any man or woman declaring they are an atheist. Social etiquette would recommend you do not keep on about it, as religion is typically a topic of debate in non-social gatherings, and to repeatedly insist on such would be to the annoyance of citizens, but no legal action would be taken. It is also very unlikely any Selian citizen would inflict harm upon you for that declaration.

Atheists make up just 1% of our population. One should also be aware of the difference between the denial of gods and the mockery of gods. Whilst you are free to mock a god, in this instance there's no guarantee that there won't be a response. The Freehold's state religion of Ephyral paganism operates distinctly from Abrahamic faiths and lacks a concept of outright blasphemy (but there are acts of offence), and the competing cults of gods do regularly ensure that one of the gods are likely being mocked. It's simply polite not to do so, and to aggressively mock a specific god to the face of someone who may have inclinations towards that god may resort to brief violence to shut you up.

However, outside of Selia things get progressively more dangerous. Atheists are highly advised not to travel to the southern provinces, were conservative preaching of Islam holds sway over the rural areas outside of the colonies in those provinces. Whilst Ephyral law still applies and they are subject to it, they are more prone to violence against non-believers. Attacks, rapes, and murders have been known to have occurred upon atheists, both of Ephyra and of foreign background, specifically for their lack of belief.

Ephyral law strictly prohibits any exercise of any other law including Islamic and thus any execution of it is punishable. Murderers and rapists likely executed, physical attackers imprisoned. However, the ability to the police to guarantee your safety is limited the further outside of designated colonies you venture, and the best they may be able to do is bring justice after the fact, to which one might already be dead.

Depends on which part of the Kingdom you said it in: in the hinterlands, people would think you worship the Devil.

In the cities, you'd most likely be seen as "one hammer and sickle short of a godless dirty Commie," especially if you happen to follow the New Atheist movement; that communism as an ideology is regarded with scorn in New Luzon society speaks for itself...unless you happen to run afoul of members of the Kingdom's social elite, who would say that if you aren't a communist, you must be a follower of that other totalitarian ideology, quoting TS Eliot's statement in 1939: “If you will not have God (and He is a jealous God), you should pay your respects to Hitler or Stalin.”

No problem at all.
The average reaction would be "Alright" or "me too."

Isilanka is a proudly pagan country, however it is also a really secular country. Religion can be seen in many aspects of life, but at the same time for most people it's more of a tradition than anything else. Maybe a few hardcore believers would secretely think you're weird but they'd never show it. Isilankan polytheism doesn't find atheism problematic, given that it sees the relationship between humans and gods as a contract, not as duty or a fact of life. Atheists, for Isilankan polytheists, are just people who didn't want this contract. It's like voting for someone else, or refusing to vote. It's alright.
In fact even hardcore believers would probably welcome you. Isilankans love to discuss with people who don't share their views.

The majority of Isilankans being more or less atheist, you'd blend right in most of the time anyway.

In any way, freedom of thought is one of the most sacred rights in Isilanka.

Everyone would think you are mad. Also, legally you'd be subjected to an apartheid under the title of 'heretic'.
IC: the Order of Mare Nostrum, but are also known as the Knights of Mare Nostrum or simply Mare Nostrum. The year is 2022, with PMT tech.
Anthem: Ave Regina Caelorum

The Knights of Mare Nostrum are an order formed in 1189 centered around islands in the Mediterranean after the Knights Hospitaller and Templar merged, along with the integration of other knightly orders through history, and now serve a role as a militarized wing of the Papacy which utilises what is essentially hyper-militaristic canon law.

People would try and get you to join the Church and follow Jesus. Just to try and save you from Eternal Damnation. But, if you don't want to do that, most people would just ignore what you said and continue praising Jesus
