However, to be fair many people are positive towards left-wing zionism, especially kibbutzim while right-wing zionism is seen more negatively by most due to the fact that we are a very pacifistic and social democratic nation. The government supports a two state solution, and generally tries to have positive relationships with both sides in the conflict.

Zionism is by default ok in the eyes of the government but right wing takes (revisionism, kahanism, etc) on it are widely hated. We prefer to support far left marxist takes on it inspired by Ber Borochov and the Mapam, which yes, perfectly fit in with a binational state.
