Scientific researchs about "parallel universe" has been permitted by a decree from the late King Robert Baratheon. The lead scientist, Professor Dr. Qyburn, discovered that if you enter the black hole, time and space will mend into one condition that you were sent to another reality called a parallel universe.

Further research has been made by the National Laboratory of Dragonstone to simulate the conditions of a black hole, most notably at 322 A.C or 2031 A.D in the universe where "Earth-1" is located. In this time the gravitational pulling machine has been brought to a star system named Sirius, whereas a giant blue star it could create enough gravity when it dies to became a black hole.

The scientist began concentrating Sirius's mass gravity into one spot until the light itself was pulled, but by mending gravitational forces the scientists have found a way into the wormhole to somewhere... strange.

In this reality, the World of Westeros still exists. But it was created as a twin world with a planet that its inhabitants called the "Earth", and the people between the two worlds are merging into one, even the leader of the state called "United States of America" in the Earth keeps visiting the Lords of Westeros's seats, most notably when an incident happens between Lord Tywin Lannister of Casterly Rock and President Richard Nixon, until it reached a stage of space wars. But mainly the conditions is safe and peace.

Using yet another gravity pulls, Dragonstone scientists have found a way to discover multiple realities, interesting ones also, when the Westeros continent replaced whom they called America in Earth, with the continent full of tribes called the Indians. Another universe occured when Dragonstone find its place on the Middle Ages, bordering Earth nations called France, Savoy, Austria, Prussia, Spain and Orange (Netherlands)

Now even tourists have visited those universes and realities. But some scientist concerns that their visits and doings may cause multiple problems in the space-time continuum, eventually destroying those universes and thus destroying their own. This may be caused a fatal breakdown in the Multiverse system, where it can crumbles into one again and then explodes, just to make another Multiverse, again and again and again.

Most likely, yes, the GA is in a parallel universe. Though my nation takes place in the future, some of its events stretch back to 2018. If, by some weird twist of fate, the future progresses exactly how it happens in my factbook, then I'd probably be a prophet of some kind. And if history goes the way it goes in my factbook, you would better prepare for a tough five or six years coming up.

The Gryphonian Alliance is not aware of the existence of other universes, and the existence of a multiverse is just a theory and a science fiction trope.

Ascion is actually exist in a universe where North Korea surrendered and reunified with the South, China remained as ROC (not PRC, and there's no Taiwan), Indonesia is ruled by Prabowo Subianto (instead of Joko Widodo), Russia is whole smaller (in a size of european Russia), Mongolia is almost as large as China, Israel and Palestine never had a conflict, but Trump is still the president of the USA, and the other is similar to the RL.
However, it's possible for this nation to exist in parallel universe as well, with another name.

Yes of course. Nihon has many counterparts in another universes. There's one in the Alpha universe, where Nihon is called "Taiyochi" and is a secular-libertarian constitutional monarchy, instead of a religious-conservative empire.
The Alpha universe is similar to Earth, with some exception happened there. The other one is a nation named "Ascion" , a federal republic in Beta universe, also similar to Earth but is a lot different than Earth in terms of history and geography. The last, "Vaalbara" in the same universe as Satania of Amenria. It's a police-state,ruled by a dictator named Varukan Faralleh.

However, if you look at factors such as this world's position in the universe, its lengths of day & year, its size, and its basic composition, then it is an 'Earth'.
Various other nations in this region seem to have shifted somehow into our version of reality from others.

The Empire of Japanese Pacific States does exist in a universe parallel to the Real Life Universe in which Japan's history up to the restoration of the Meiji emperor was the same except the shogunate won the civil war at that time and Japan came under control of a council of regents, which supported a shogun of which came from one of each regent houses like a sort of trade off between houses, the current house that reigns as Shogun of the Empire of Japanese Pacific Sates is Mitsurugi. After having won world war II, Japan experienced an economic boom and became the world's military and economic superpower of which allowed for Japan to enter into a sort of golden age of scientific advancement resulting in the creation of Tactical Surface Fighters, the Japanese G-bomb, and most recently a weapon specifically designed for TSFs, the EML-99 Electromagnetic Induction Launcher. While Japan is officially at peace with it's universe's version of the United States which is relatively unchanged except for the occupation of it's western coast by Japan since WWII or as the Japanese call it "The Asia-Pacific War", it also deals with on a regular basis small scale incursions from US military forces every now and again. It's largest and most recent incursion being in May 12th, 2001.

Originally, it existed in a planet called Nirn in the Aurbis system (essentially Elder Scrolls universe) but after a cataclysmic event in 8E 59 (I'm getting there) they were warped into earth, and became a continent-sized planet in a gigantic version of Earth.

Apparently so! We didn't realize this at first, but after taking over Earth, we found humants spontaneously appearing in a roughly triangular area between three points of land. Upon interrogation, they described coming from lands that were like those on Earth before we invaded it. We then sent both scientists and scouts to the area, but for a long time, we found nothing strange about it.

Eventually, one happened to hit a spot at the right angle and speed, and he winked off of our scanners in an instant. It took over a year before he came back, and he said that once again, he had hit a spot at the right angle and speed.

Since then, we have perfected this means of travel and have named the spot the Transdimensional Warp Point. On the other side, it is also known for being an anomalous region, and they call it the Bermuda Triangle. The need to hit it at the right angle and speed to activate the warping effect explains why Earth had only sporadic reports of disappearances there.

Of course, we responded to this new knowledge like a Decepticon government should: By making plans to conquer whatever is on the other side of the portal! We've also figured out how to make portals on demand, and have found a few other universes that way. It also goes without saying that several slavers have set up camps near the original Transdimensional Warp Point, so it is very unlikely that any more humans who stumble through it will ever be returning to their homeland again. A few raid gangs have also staged incursions to the other Earth, with one notably stealing over a billion barrels of oil from that planet's Saudi Arabia over many sorties. The other-Earthian nation had no defense at all against Decepticons.

When there is a possibility of confusion as to who owns what Earth, we describe ours as Decepticon Earth. Even so, it goes without saying that we think it's the other Earths that are in parallel universes.

As for our home world, it is, of course, Cybertron. It strikes us as strange that so few universes have any Cybertron in them, but we're also glad of that. Engineered planets made of refined metal should be far less common than the mere chunks of aggregated space dust that you can find just anywhere.
