Is Rape legal/illegal in your country? No. All non-statutory rape is punishable by death or life in prison.

Is Sexual Abuse legal/illegal in your country? No. Punishable by death or life in prison.

Is Sexual Assault legal/illegal in your country? No. Punishable by fines up, or up to death or life in prison.

What is considered a "sexual offence" in your country?
  • Rape is defined as sex without consent. TS law states that rape must involve penetration for concious victims, otherwise it is molestation, sexual abuse, or sexual assault. If the victim is sedated or rendered unconcious, rape is the charge.
  • "Forcible rape" is exactly what one would think it is, and interestingly, male humans cannot be victims of it under current law (see above). The rapist is normally sedated and then castrated prior to his execution.
  • "Date rape" is using drugs, alcohol, sedatives, etc. to drug someone and take advantage of them, and both human genders can be suspected to it. The rapist is normally sedated and then castrated prior to his or her execution.
  • "Grand sexual assault" is when a female coerces, blackmails, etc. a man into getting her penetrated, etc., and is punishable by up to life in prison. The assaulter is usually sterilized and/or given a hysterectomy and can serve up to five years in prison.
  • "Greater sexual assault" is when someone deliberately and consistently touches someone's privates, gropes, grabs, etc. someone else's intimate reproductive organs without their consent (and both genders can force it), and can be punishable by fines, and all the way up to death or life in prison. It requires intimate contact without actual sexual intercourse. Only in the most extreme (often capital) cases is the assaulter sterilized or castrated. Capital punishment for this crime is rare.
  • "Lesser (or petty) sexual assault" includes grabbing a female human's breasts, smacking her backside, and other petty, but unethical, advances. It is usually handled by fines or short jail sentences and most punishment is decided by the private company or property owner it was committed on. (The same rules apply to male humans, to a lesser extent for this kind of crime).
  • "Pedophilia" (though technically pederasty) is committing any of the above on a human child that has not undergone puberty. Pedophilia is always and only punishable by death. This definition also includes child molestation.
  • "Conspiracy to commit pedophilia" is when one is outed as having a sexual attraction to prepubescent minor humans. It is punishable either by lifetime involuntary commitment to an asylum, death, or castration, depending on the context and the circumstances. If a person guilty of sexual attractions to prepubescent humans comes forward and reports himself to the medical system, they are usually sedated, castrated, and then released.
  • "Incest" is when two close blood relatives (uncle/niece, brother/sister, father/daughter, etc.) have sexual intercourse (or meet any other definition listed above), consensual or not. If consensual, both offenders are put to death or imprisoned for life. If non-consensual, only the rapist or offender is punished, never the victim.
  • "Bestiality" is defined as a human having sex with any form of non-human, alien, chimera, or other animal, whether or not they are sentient. It is also defined as a sentient turtle having sex with another type of creature (say, a sentient turtle and a cow, but not a sentient turtle and a sentient tortoise), or a sentient turtle having sex with a non-sentient turtle (in the rare occasion that a non-sentient turtle shows up in TS), as this is rape. Bestiality is always punishable by death or life in prison.
  • "Petty", or "fourth-degree vice" includes cross-dressing and "flamboyance-in-excess", regardless of orientation. These are non-booking fines and never carry any jailtime. Outside of the arts, film, theater, and comedy, transvestism is considered a symptom of mental illness and those performing it are usually subject to psychiatric evaluations.
  • "Third degree vice" are "gay acts" like two unrelated adults of the same gender "passionately" holding hands in public- with the deliberate, bad faith intent of seeking attention and getting a reaction -or a female trying to take another female to a prom. These can be infractions or misdemeanors, depending on what, when, and where the "crime" was committed. Always booked, always a misdemeanor or less. If jailtime is involved, it is usually an overnight stay in prison and a small fine.
  • "Second degree vice" is buggery and public displays of gay-based, public displays of affection, such as making out and other forms of romance. Always a misdemeanor or less, always booked. Jail time is usually three days and/or a small fine.
  • "First degree vice" is sodomy and intercourse between gays. Sodomy is a felony and a maximum of ten years in the slammer, a stiff fine, or both.
  • "Grand vice" is prostitution, sadomasochism (SM), and other slavery fetishes. It is a felony. Pimps and those who operate brothels usually see sixty years to the death sentence, the prostitutes themselves six months to ten years, or institutionalized rehabilitation. SM is usually thirty years of mental institutionalization or until they are able to overcome it, whichever comes first.
  • "Vice en masse" is sex, sex-slavery, and human trafficking. That is always a death sentence, and the victims of it are never punished or otherwise mistreated for being forced into prostitution or other sexual crimes.
  • Issues such as catcalling, making rude or suggestive remarks, rude/dishonorable/suggestive/dirty comments on a female human's appearance, and other male-dominated rudeness is not illegal, but is culturally hated. It is almost certain to get the offender fired.
