Here, the consequences for an act depend mostly on the ability of the offended party and/or his gang (or other interested parties) to defeat you in a live-fire battle. This makes it so that there is a big difference between "legal" and "an okay idea."

If you try to rape, abuse, or molest anyone, you can count on it that full-on battle will immediately commence. As for attempting to molest Decepticon youngsters, they are built at full size and with full armamentation - and there is this handy bit of code that they all run that is known as the Automatic Self-Defense Routine. It activates upon the detection of any threat to bodily sovereignty. This program was invented to thwart attempts to enslave those who would otherwise be too young to defend themselves, but it is a very effective deterrent to foreigner pervs who have even weirder plans for our kids. All Decepticons are built with a lethal weapon attached to each arm, so that Automatic Self-Defense Routine is very much NOT a paper tiger. Note that "grooming" will not help.
