Etibarlılıq means confidence, our eternal leader wishes for the People of Talyshistan to be internally confident in themselves, their people, and their nation. Etibarlılıq acknowledges the teachings of past Prophets, Philosophers, Scientists, and Theorists to be the gateway to overall confidence. The state acknowledges God as our creator and teaches he created us to Govern this land and he sends People to lead humanity to inner realization to attain confidence and build an eternal utopia.
