October 23, Geomingli 59, YENKOU - A new sculpture, a monument to the Revolutionary Struggle, has been completed in the city of Yenkou on the southwestern coast of the Saunrean Nation. Constructed in the style of the Yulton Gukchukshan Grand Revolutionary Monument's 'Struggle' statue, the sculpture depicts warriors of the Saunrean People's Army during the revolutionary struggles of the Wars of Reunification, holding high the banner of Tan Ha-ri and Renovationist Thought as they emerge triumphant, securing a position. The ceremony at which the sculpture was unveiled and opened to the public was attended by thousands of ordinary citizens and Construction-Guidance Body officials alike.

The sculpture, engineered by artisans from the Shangjang Arts Studio, took five months of work to complete. Elaborate detail was put into the depiction of the soldiers, visible by the lively, emotional faces they bore as they triumphantly emerge with the Flag of the Revolution. While such works of revolutionary art and greatness were to be treated with reverence throughout its production, to minimize costs as resources were to be better allocated on the betterment of the People of the Nation, the artisans used multiple rocks mined from a nearby quarry instead of one single rock as done with only a few monuments of extreme importance in Saunrea. Light-red granite was used to allude to the color red, which represented and immortalized the blood spilled in the struggle for an Unified Nation, and subsequently a Rejuvenated Nation. The depiction of the soldiers bore historical accuracy, showing a diverse range of weaponry as the People's Sword had utilized anything at disposal during their struggle.

The unveiling ceremony took place one day after the last work on the sculpture was done. A green cloth was taken off, revealing the statue, as thousands attending the ceremony applauded. The ceremony was relatively simple, with the playing of the national anthem, followed by the Song of Tan Ha-ri and of Revolutionaries, and later with a Construction-Guidance Body official giving a speech on the 'immortalization of the spirit of the Revolution'. The thousands of attending civilians stood solemnly in reverence as what was presented before them was not a mere sculpture but an incarnation of the ever-strong spirit of sacrifice and fearless struggle for the Nation which the People of Saunrea still carry on today. The monument is open as exhibition as of today.

TEMURBATAAR, TIMURISTAN - The Timuri People's Navy had recently conducted a missile test across the Mandakh Strait, wanting to test the Mandakh government and show how weak the Mandakh Army truly was. Like expected, the missile tests hit Mandakh land, most hitting a Mandakh village on the coast. The Mandakh village was hit severely by the Timuristan rockets, and many of the Mandakh infidels were slaughtered in the missile test. Bogd Khaan, the commander of the Timuri People's Navy had a press conference to discuss on the touchy subject of the missile test. According to Mr. Khaan, the missile test was a great success and it was true that Mandakhstan was not powerful enough to fight the new missiles fired by the Timuri People's Republic.

When asked on the death toll of the Mandakh village, Mr. Khaan responded by saying 'thousands of infidels died'. When asked on how the Mandakh government would react, Mr. Khaan said that if the Mandakh government responded with a provocation, it would show how cowardly the Mandakh government and military was, stating that if he was the Mandakhs he would declare war immediately.

Either way, however, the Mandakh government is expected to respond, possibly by force. Mr. Khaan has also said that he has discussed with the entirety of the Temuri government and said that if Mandakhstan threatens war, 'glorious Timuri Keshiks' would overrun Mandakhstan in hours. When asked what his administration will do, the Prime Minister only commented that; "Perhaps it is best if the young Prince is send abroad, maybe to Sarov or Saunrea, and to put his other skills into good use."

OKOYASUNESE MARTIAL FORCE FLEXES MIGHT IN LATEST NAVAL EXERCISES

It is no surprise that the Okoyasunese Martial Forces have revved up their training regimens in recent years, especially since the operations undertaken by Admiral Heihachiro Nakano in 1972 against pirates near the Mandakh-Timur straits. However, as of lately, the current Admiral of the Navy, Rei Imaizumi, has expressed sympathy for “an increase in Okoyasu's naval prerogative to defend territorial waters”, as mentioned in her earlier press conference within the Chonyan port city of Okukita.

“We are a nation that largely depends of foreign imports and exports,” Admiral Imaizumi said. “If we are to fully safeguard our position as being a powerful trading nation, we must back these claims with an equally powerful navy.”

This has led to a large naval exercise being conducted by Rear Admiral Kansuke Yanagita within the Gulf of Tasaki, where a majority of the OMF's naval vessels and bases are. Involving a series of simulated missions and mock trial runs, the OMNF are seeking to test their own response rates against foreign aggression into Okoyasunese territorial waters, along with the experimentation of new radar and sonar detection technology produced by Izukari Communications. Although not being explicitly stated, this invigoration may have been prompted by the recent trainings conducted by Chewein some weeks ago.

Constituting a majority of the Gulf of Tasaki, it is to be expected that local commerce in this areas will be diverted through highlighted and sanctioned trade routes through the maritime area, as this naval exercise has been stated to “possess a portion of ballistic testing and weapons diagnostics”. Agitating Northern Chonyan businesses, Rear Admiral Yanagita stated as to why it could not be conducted further in Okoyasunese territorial waters.

“We do not want to exhibit some sort of thassalocratic expansionism by expressing our naval force in the wider ocean,” Yanagita explained. “Other foreign nations can interpret this move as being rather unfavorable, and as such, can ruin potential growth in foreign and domestic economic centers. Even with these precautions being taken, many have expressed these increases in military training operations as being too “militaristic” and “imperialist”, to name a few. Some citizens have expressed discontent for these exercises being undertaken, along with certain officials from the Democratic Liberal Party of Okoyasu.

An anonymous citizen and university student of the designated city of Zagoketsu had something to say about this ramping-up of martial exhibition.

“Any training of our military at this current state and time is preposterous! Our military is already one of the most-funded and technologically capable in the world; why should we ever need to flaunt off more and anger other nations as a result? This is all a waste of our Hokyens.”

Chief of Staff of the Okoyasunese Martial Force, General Hano Yohan Kubashima, expressed a more differing opinion on the matter.

“In order for the Serene Democratic Republic to ever stay relevant, our military must be to the peak of perfection,” he proclaimed. “Any less, and our nation will fall subject to the stupendously treacherous whims of other nations and organizations. This cannot happen, and the Takashi Naval Exercise will be a testament to our innate and God-invested power.”

The naval exercises are expected to subside before Halloween, which is widely celebrated within Okoyasu as if it was always tradition. Some critics of the Okoyasunese Martial Force have been calling this a "costume of a straw scarecrow", hinting at the possible weaknesses of the OMNF. They were not available to be questioned.

MANDAKHSTAN - A missile attack across the Strait of Caproporus on the village of Murun, in eastern Mandakhstan, has been conducted by vessels of the Timuri People's Navy as part of a 'missile test'. The attack, directed at the village as a whole without target discrimination, has resulted in some two hundred civilians dead and over a thousand injured, according to Mandakh state media, as well as damage of many buildings.

Timuri naval vessels delivered multiple cruise missiles onto the Mandakh village during a 'missile test', with the aggression likely intentional, claimed by Timuri media as 'demonstration of weakness of Mandakh state' and the 'showing of power of the Timuri military'. The missile attack came as another dangerous igniting spark in already cold and tense Timuri-Mandakh relations, which has roots in historical vendetta against the Timuris for secession from Mandakhstan and adoption of Islam as their religion, as well as modern conflicts between the two states in regional economic interests and power expansion. Subsequently, both nations' media, largely state-oriented, magnified the incident greatly, using it to attack each other. Timuri media has followed-up to the attack with provocation, claiming that 'thousands of infidels died' and that 'if the Mandakhs respond by force glorious Timuri keshiks [elite cavalry] will overrun Mandakhstan in hours', while Timuri media has condemned the attack as 'provocation' and 'interference with Timuri Renovation'. SCHÖNINSEL, FREE BICA - The Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Crowned Republic of Bica ('Free Bica') has announced yesterday that it recognizes the current in-power government of Wotou. Wotou had recognized Free Bica's government a year before, along with Saunrea, Hawdhanah and Mandakhstan, in opposition to the socialist government that rules mainland Bica that the Renovationist leadership of Wotou has echoed Saunrean denunciations of 'illegitimacy' last year.

The announcement was made at a press conference, where spokesperson for Free Bican foreign affairs Victor Taubmann declared that by the 'collective will of the Sovereign of Bica and that of the people-based loyal Parliament' the Free Bican state has decided to recognize the Renovationist government of Wotou. Wotou, which was formerly a monarchy that declared independence in the 1880s after the descent of Chewein into civil war, was taken over by a Renovationist party and government in 2011 which did not at all tone down the former monarchy's doctrine of complete cultural, national and historical independence from mainland Chewein, much to the Cheweinese government with intent on regaining the island's dismay. Many either recognize the former monarchy (now non-existent) or Cheweinese claims over the island. Mr. Taubmann said that this recognition was out of the nature of the two insular countries' 'struggle for freedom', and as comrades in this 'fight' they will form cordial ties with each other.

The Saunrean foreign affairs ministry made a statement hours after the announcement, commending the action of the Free Bican government and applauding its struggle for liberty in opposition to the 'communist degeneracy' of the mainland Bican National Federal State, which Saunrea condemned as 'unconstitutional', 'unnational' and 'illegal'. Many have speculated that the recognition was on part of Free Bica supposedly 'relying on Saunrean aid' much like the Wotou government, which both Saunrea and Free Bica has denied.

Two days ago, the Timuri People's Navy conducted an attack across the Strait of Caproporus against the village of Murun, located in eastern Mandakhstan, which was officially dubbed as a 'missile test' by the government of Timuristan. According to the latest intelligence, the attack was directed against the village as a whole with the intent to kill Mandakh civilians, as there was not any Mandakh military forces within the immediate region. It has been reported by Mandakh state media that over two hundred civilians have perished as a result of the attacks, and another thousand have been hospitalized, on top of this, infrastructure in the village has been nearly completely destroyed by the missile attack. Timuri state media stated that the attack was to 'show how weak the Mandakh Army truly was'. The attack has shocked the nation and sparked several major protests in the southern city of Arasnodar, where riot police and protesters clashed, leading to several officers and protesters being wounded, as well as martial law being declared in the city. Internationally the missile attack has seemed to gone relatively unnoticed, Timuristan has only received formal diplomatic condemnation from the State of Saunrea, whom dubbed the attack 'unacceptable communist aggression', with other nations not yet to issue an official statement on the matter.[

As the situation continues to develop, the people of Sarov can do nothing but sit down and watch the events unfold, as for now, the Sarovian government seems to be reluctant to take action. Only time will tell of Premier-General Valentina Kuznetsova sticks to her policy of non-interventionism, or finally breaks the ice, as the war begins to rage down south. One thing is for certain, and that is that the war will not remain under the radar for long, both nations have political and economic interests to nations, which may pull them in and escalate the conflict into a multi-sided proxy war, or a direct confrontation between two power blocs, clashing over a sphere of influence.

Sky Painters Win Third Annual Z-Pocalypse Tournament

Alcoholic beverages and energy drink cans littered the conference rooms and beaches of the White Flower Resort and Casino in Kurozu this past week as the third annual Z-Pocalypse Tournament rumbled through the nation’s capital. The tournament, sponsored by major computer hardware manufacturers, software developers, and snack companies, started on the night of October 25th and ran until the morning of November 1st. Professional teams of competitive gamers from around the world played the first-person shooter Z-Pocalypse: Barren Skies every night, starting at sundown and lasting eight hours. Days were filled with elaborate parties and events in the resort and on the beach, computer game showcases by publishers and hardware manufacturers, and opportunities for fans to meet with some of the world’s most famous competitive gamers.

Over the course of the tournament, the competitors slew a total of 5,701,204 virtual zombies, exceeding last year’s record of 4,824,508.

Contest organizers have announced that they are still discussing the next location of the tournament. Announced possibilities include Kontinovad, Okoyasu, Montagne Blanc, Hawdhanah, Kimenya, Chewein, and the Abisles. (Pressed for comment on whether they would narrow it down, tournament organizers said they were looking for which nation would “make the tournament the most cost-effective”.)

A Mandahkstani man going by the alias of H0R53K1LL3R won the best kills/flop with a notebook computer literally held together by duct tape. The man, who has declined to reveal his true identity, competed as one of three members of the Mandahkstani team, which was formed ad hoc by tournament organizers. The other two members of the team were retired professional gamers at the tournament as attendees, from Kyougan and Abisle. New Emails Implicate PM Takayama

A new cache of emails released by the enigmatic organization BlueSky Leaks appear to implicate Prime Minister Penelope Takayama of the Akiramori Technocratic Party, child of the famous General Hiroshi Takayama, in the “P4P” scandal surrounding the illegal importation of foreign men for exploitation by wealthy elites. Everyone in Okoyasu can agree that the Makawaze incidents were indeed treacherous and malicious for everyone that was involved, whether members of the police forces or innocent members of the People's Party of Okoyasu. Even so, it comes as no surprise that the Conservative-controlled government has begun monolithic retaliation measures against all parties involved - with some of them being literal political parties in Okoyasunese government.

Starting two days ago, buildings and infrastructure that had belonged to the People's Party of Okoyasu have now been raided and seized by the authorities and hired contractor forces. This has included the raid on the People's Party's political headquarters, which is located in the Kodowanase Prefectural capital of Puyaro. Many of these government raids have simply led to mass arrests rather than any breakout of violence, but reports are coming in from Hodadjige that shots were fired against raiding troops on the island of Zigaze. No fatalities have occurred, however.

Puyaran police have stated that they have arrested over one hundred members and affiliates of the People's Party of Okoyasu at their headquarters in Puyaro, but are also saying that some "more defensive and radical members have barricaded themselves in the offices". The police have not heard a response from the twenty or so barricaded People's Party members, which includes the current Chairman of the People's Party, Joshuyo Keishi. Local Rapid Security Response Force troopers are amassing near the offices in preparation for a breach, with their leading Captain stating that "brutal force will be authorized if the criteria for capitulation is not met in full".

Prime Minister Daiki K. M. Hachiro has formally stated in a press conference within Toyoake ka Bun'na that these raids are for "the betterment of the nation's security and welfare, against those with treasonous motives and intentions". So far, over 1,547 high ranking members of the People's Party of Okoyasu have been arrested from these massive police raids, with many of them being the party's MPs in the Central Legislative Commission, or constructing the party's strategic backbone. The government is declining to state where they are being held.

The military also seems to be stepping into the matter; Chief of Staff of the Okoyasunese Martial Forces and General Hano Yohan Kubashima has proclaimed that "the OMF will contribute in securing national interests for peace and for the protection of Okoyasunese citizens". Some People's Party-affiliated military enlists and officers have been arrested by police forces for their connections, and it is unknown as to if they will be discharged from their arrests.

The private security contractors being utilized by the government are for "special usage purposes only", as stated by a representative of one of these private contracting groups named "Final Flight".

Moves are being made within the government and military for the criminalization and dissolution of the People's Party, with the arrests of the members being an obvious focal point of this plan. Foreign democracy watchdog groups are calling this a "silent destruction of opposing ideologies", while Okoyasunese nationalists call these actions "venerable in the protection of the nation". Chairman Kentaro Seison of the Worker's Party of Okoyasu has voiced his distress, saying that "we (the Worker's Party) may become the next target to become targeted and scapegoated".

Recent polls by the OBSERVANCE Census Collective have documented a rise of nationalism by +1.3% after the Makawaze shootings.

YULTON - In a statement from the Ministry of National Defence and Ministry of External Affairs, the Saunrean state has confirmed its plans of military deployment in Mandakhstan 'certain and indisputable'. It was stated that the Saunrean People's Army will proceed to send troops to Mandakhstan to bolster the nation's defences against 'Timuri aggressors' following the incident on the Caproporus Strait Bridge on October 27 and re-ignition of war between the two countries. While the specific amount of units to be deployed was not disclosed, the spokesperson for the People's Army assured reporters that the numbers will be 'substantial' in reinforcing the defence of the Mandakh nation.

The military deployment will consist of Ground, Naval and Air components, with Naval and Airborne Infantry likely to be involved depending on the situation. Working alongside the students or acting as a dear lecturer the Paramount Leader interacted closely with the students, receiving their applause.

Paramount Leader Cheng also gave a speech at the Academy's Auditorium, reminding the students at the academy of their mission as the new 'technical forefront' of the Saunrean Nation, motivating the students to study harder and to use their technical expertise to better the country and people. EDITORIAL: People's Army must become more aware, and adaptive

The world is changing at a rapid pace, truly this invokes the lyrics of the ode-march No Motherland Without You dedicated to Eternal President Tan Ha-ri, calling for us to remain loyal to our Cause of the Nation even if continents shift, oceans dry and the sky changes in color. It however must be recognized that ideological loyalty, while integral, is not enough for the Nation's continued survival; the adaptation of our tools, and the hand and mind which wields them, is key to continued success into the new Gregorian century.

Warfare has changed significantly along with geopolitics and the state of the world since the passing of our Eternal President, and it has already been transfiguring rapidly even before that. The modern war is no longer about grand formations of armoured vehicles colliding onto each other, nor is it a bloody killing field on an open plain between two chivalrous forces. It has changed its ways much like the state of the world, mirroring these changes, more or less. With the mischief and dishonesty that has doomed Liberal Democracies to extinction within a few decades or even the next decade, it is no surprise the conduct of cunningness has permeated into the way of warfare. Drones now do the killing in place of pilots, well-planned irregular raids can destroy tank columns in hours...in fact, nature of war has changed altogether. Nations no longer wage war, interest entities do; in defence of Renovation, this must be recognized and solutions adopted.

Our People's Army, ever-victorious, must be aware, and adapt to the new age of warfare and the new strategy of the world. Without any mercy, the Armed Forces must utilize the new concepts and methods to maximum benefit of the Nation. We must become better-equipped to greet those who ambush us with equal brutality, and to, with fox-like tactical thinking, defeat the enemy in new ways from multiple dimensions. We are indeed on this path with expanded, effective use of cyberwarfare and non-physical combat, waged at the very gates, or even within the dens, of our foes and opponents. But we must fully enter the new Gregorian Century. Things have to change where necessary; our methods will adapt, our approaches will modify, but our goals will remain forever the same, and that is Defence of the Saunrean Nation and the Renovation.

The Agrinate of Ázárom enters a period of uncertainty after their State Representative, Miklas Teodarov was recalled by the Administratum's Instillatory Board on grounds of investigation regarding accusations of corruption and his Administratum's refusal to cooperate with the local Instillatory Council. On the meantime, Specialist Functionary Adavor Ezterhazy shall take the reins as temporary Representative. Teodarov was particularly known in the Agrinate as a "people-oriented overseer" who was said to concern his duties as overseer more on the Public Assembly.

According to Haroz Hamenov, Chief Instillator of Ázárom, he claims that Teodarov particularly "resisted the necessary will" of the council, and "used his duties" to forward his own interests rather than "the unified will" of the apparatus. This action according to the Articles of Structure, is classed as Administratorial Deviancy and is regarded as one of the most heinous offenses in the People's Commonwealth.

But due to the sudden nature of the accusations, an ample amount of evidence is yet to be released. Brother Teodarov has not commented yet on the matter.

Rapper X-Biscuit Promises 2-Hour Special

Rapper and Producer X-Biscuit has announced that the opening episode of Bisshin Ride Season 7 will be be a 2-hour special taking place entirely in Sunqaristan. Several teaser shots were posted on Twabler, which the rapper and celebrity has described as "the most metal vehicle we've done yet - tankety tank, mofos!" User reception was positive. X-Biscuit said a number of other vehicles would be modified in the 2 hour special, but declined to specify which, stating that viewers would have to watch the show to find out.

REVOLUTIONARY INTEGRITY SHALL NOT ATTENUATE

AROUND the world, the forces of revolutionary socialism are falling, succumbing to the ruthless purges of fascist and reactionary elements or to internal treachery and revisionism. Many also come to us, presenting their faces as supposed friends, yet under their facades of benevolence they hide vicious knives. We must not compromise. As the last bastion of true revolutionary socialism and communism in Elprus, and amongst the few socialist states in the world that have not succumbed to evils of revisionism, our revolutionary integrity that held us together and disciplined during the first days of the revolution shall not attenuate.

It is the purity of our ideology and our unweakened loyalty to communist thought, to the road to a socialist paradise, that have maintained our unity and integrity, as fascist enemies such as Runnejaeti or Saunrean reactionaries fail in their plots of our great Union's downfall, while not giving in and becoming traitorous capitalist states or adopting deviant, dangerous forms of thought such as this 'Futurism'. It is from our purity and truthful loyalty to our Party's guidance, built upon the teachings of Marx and Engels, Juho and Teräs, that we derive power to persist in the modern turbulent world where the proletarian emancipation is being struck down by opposing forces with their myriads of tricks and underhanded methods. We live to today united and prosperous, because we maintain our integrity, because we do not deviate from the Revolutionary Ideals to seek mere temporary material comfort and stability.

And for this, we must not retreat from the ground we have held for so long, because if we do, all labors and sacrifices of our forefathers and comrades would have been in vain, the emancipation of the proletariat taking more steps back, while we will be forced back to the chains and slavery of capitalists and fascists. We will not surrender. Our revolutionary integrity, purity and loyalty shall not attenuate if we are to last as a bastion of labourers' power and a powerful enemy of the capitalist society of slavery. We will hold our burning torches and red flags high, and march forward proudly, paying no heed to revisionist thought and their mischievous yet attractive deception.

Do not give in to "moderate" or "reformist" thought, comrades! They are but wolves in sheep-skin, attracting you with sugar-coated words, exploiting weaknesses in you. But material conformity is not a reason worthy enough for betraying the true ideals of the Revolution. We will trample on them as our own prosperity and power proves that their lies are but lies, and their deception nothing but deception!

Administratum moves for revitalization of Futurism in Sunq, Suosan

The Central Administratum has broken its relative silence after the office of the Prime Administrator has released a dispatch titled "Voluntariat Proclamation No. 0344". The release, signed by Prime Administrator Adanzarov, speaks of a comprehensive plan outlining the political, social and technological revitalization of the currently-Futurizing southern polities of Suosan and Sunqaristan. Leader Adanzarov, who once visited Suosan in 2008 during his tenure as Prime Coordinator, has once expressed sympathies with and advocated for the rising Futurist cause in the south. In agreement, Hálázy Conglomerate subsidiaries Erdekvar Foundry and Sava Terracultures have announced for future projects in these polities, most seen as to aid for the economic and human development in the area.

"The Banner of Futurism is a banner of struggle for freedom, progress, and efficiency," said Adanzarov in his broadcasted speech, "and those who are willing to join this great praxis is most welcome to do so. We will give aid and our best efforts to all who desire to reap the benefits of a Futurist revolution. To the ones that currently struggle with their path to Futurism, we shall help on fixing their flaws and we shall take them on the new era of tommorow."

"There are great numbers of potential that lies within the steppes of Suosan, and there is much room for improvement in the dilapidated metropole of Sunqaristan. The current issue is that how long shall these development plans will take. There are slight but currently looked on possibilities that might delay to pur projected endgoal, but, we are ensuring that all parts of our plans shall be realistically achieved in the shortest time possible."

The Administratum has offered the creation of new Arcologies and Agrinates in the nations of Sunqaristan and Suosan to facilitate development. There have been rumors as well that the Halazy energy company Zádags Consortium is eyeing the two nations' oil reserves.

Functionary Plenum repeals Anti-Photography Law

The current session of the Functionary Plenum, with accord of the People's Forum has concluded recently with a significant repealing of what are described as "unenforced, outdated and useless regulations", most notably Administratum Regulation No. 2201, commonly named the Anti-Photography Law.

The regulation, which prohibits foreign tourists and journalists from photographing government offices and local civilians without permission from the Local Apparatus was legislated and passed in 1966, yet was almost never enforced by the Administratum since. The Functionary that has called for the repealing of the regulation, Brother Lukas Gavárts, has denounced the regulation as "horrendously vestigial and representative of the Totalist regime's closed-mindedness." Other "vestigial regulations", such as the Social Deviancy Law (No. 1020) and the Call for the Revitalization of People's Purity (No. 0667) were repealed as well.

After the session, Brother Gavárts has hoped as well that the repelations shall "reconstitute a purification of the regulatory codes into one fit for the modern context".

Brother Ferenc: "Suosan Arcological Development a success"

A round of applause came over the Functionary Plenum and the People's Forum today after the report over the efficient development and full Futurization of the Suosan Republic, which Special Functionary Brother Karí Ferenc commented as "more willing than ever" to instate fully initiated Futurism. According to the reports (and coinciding independent observations), major arcological projects, such as the Yesui-Yesugen urban-agrinates and the Börtehan Administratory Urbanate, all sponsored and initialized with the Hálázy Corporations.

Brother Ferenc also noted the time taken for the rapid Futurization (48 hours) as another hallmark of the project's success. He stated in his reports that employment and education has exceeded initial arcological notions, and added that only major urban areas and "specific areas" were the sole objectives for development.

In agreement with the transitioning Suosanese government, the People's Commonwealth shall aid in the advancement and full rearmament of the Suosanese military, as part of the development program. Suosan President Andrea Selimova has commented regarding the issue as "A new way towards the progress and prosperity of our Fatherland".

A second phase of arcological development is being considered by the Functionary Plenum, however other issues of development are given focus.
