In Wiewawoe, talking about attraction or sexual feelings is forbidden: this includes sexuality. So people of any sexuality will get some sort of penalty for speaking about it. However, unlike homosexuality (which is illegal and usually harshly punished), asexuality is not illegal. In fact, you could even benefit from being asexual in Wiewawoe, since you won't accidentally display sexual feelings.

So you won't be discriminated against in Wiewawoe just for being asexual. However, you wouldn't be allowed to talk about it (as with any sexuality, even heterosexuality). The other condition is that you would have to behave in a way that Wiewawoe considers normal. Women in Wiewawoe are expected to get married (they don't have to reproduce, though).

In short:
- Asexuality is legal (unlike homosexuality).
- Talking about your sexuality is illegal.
- Women (so also asexual women) are expected to get married, but reproducing is not required. Men can chose to marry or to stay single.

It's more accepted nowadays that some people just don't like sex and that that's perfectly okay. Last boyfriend was asexual and we still had as deep a connection as any couple did, I'm glad to say.
