Weiyang (Endless) Palace, Chang'an

Private Palace

Primary home of the Emperor during most of the year. Most of the complex houses various government buildings, but around 25% of the complex houses private gardens, squares, buildings, and apartments. Technically speaking, the entire palace is owned by the emperor and loaned to the state for use.

Summer Palace

A completely private palace located in southern Xin Han. It is mainly used as a tourist attraction, only being used by the Imperial Family during the very few days of vacation they are allowed.

Winter Palace

Same as above, but this palace is usually used by distinguished foreign guests. It is technically the home of the Crown Princess and Heiress Apparent, along with her family.

Imperial Retreat

This palace, while small compared to the others, serves more as fortress for the Imperial Family during times of crisis. It is located on an island off the coast where very few ships can get to it. It is only accessible through helicopter and submarine.

One day, the Matriarch of Nova-Gallia went to visit the leader of another allied nation. She notices that the mansion of the other leader is quite luxurious and asks him, ''Mister the Prime Minister, I was told that you didn't have such great of a salary. How comes do you have such a great house?'' The Prime Minister grinned and took her to the back of his mansion, then asks her to observe the horizons. ''What do you see, Miss the Matriarch of Nova-Gallia?'' There was a well developped autoroute with cars speeding on it. ''I see roads, Mister the Prime Minister.'' The grin of the Prime Minister intensified. ''See, we had 30 million dollars of funds to build the roads. Since we only used 28 millions, I kept the rest for myself.'' The Matriarch nodded and approved. ''Clever.''

A year later, Mister the Prime Minister came to visit the Matriarch of Nova-Gallia. As he walks through the streets of Nova-Gallia, he notices nothing but poverty. He was quite surprised to see that the house of the Matriarch was titanesque in size, completely platted in gold, and even the slave house was luxurious. Trying to stay polite, Mister the Prime Minister asks: ''Miss the Matriarch, how are you able to pay yourself such goods while your country is dying?'' The Matriarch grinned and took him to the back of her mansion, then asks him to observe the horizons. ''What do you see, Mister the Prime Minister?'' There was nothing but vast plains of nothingness. ''I see nothing.'' ''And that's exactly it.'' she answered with a grin.

His Excellency The Governor-General of Hemenster (roughly equivalent of Prime Minister in Hemenster) lives at Government House, Winchester, which is always reserved by the government for the Governor-General. This is the king's house in King's Royal Palace, our capital. The capital is a big territory for the Royal family, protected by 300 guard towers, barb wire and land mines, and 80,000 military personel and 1000 Elite body guards. King rarely leave the royal palace, and only registered people can enter the capital at a specific amount of time. Making assassination extremely hard to execute.

King Kwunjin III is an extremely busy man. The country is a monarchy so he makes all the decisions with the advise of the Royal council. In a typical day, King kwunjin III spends 2.5 hours meeting with distinguished guest, 4 hours reading documents, and 4 hours meeting with the royal council
This is one of the 15 houses that the King sleeps in. All buildings are build with bullet proof wall and windows. All buildings have a nuclear bunker.
In contrast with the classical look of the building, the inside of the royal palaces are suited with the most advanced technology.

In the Citadel
The Citadel is the city on Gallifrey that is inhabited by the Time Lords. It is the oldest and most mightiest city in the universe. Gallifreyans are split into two different categories. Time Lords are the Gallifreyans who wanted to advance and move forward to become the gods of the universe that travel time and space. The Outsiders are Gallifreyans that refused to rule time and they do not live in the Citadel.
