Fines - Reuku imposes fines based on the income of the one being fined, using a day-fine system; this serves to protect the poor and disincentivize the rich from committing crimes
Probation - It is legally allowed, but by custom, it is rarely used; most individuals who would be considered worthy of probation are sent to a criminal rehabilitation and treatment centre (CRTC) or do volunteer work for the community, among other activities.
Corporal punishment - Corporal punishment is banned for adults and children, in all settings, including, but not limited to, schools, homes, childcare centres, daycare centres, CRTCs, juvenile settings, etc.
Life sentence - Life sentences are not given in Reuku. The maximum sentence for standard crimes is 21 years; for war crimes and crimes against humanity, it is 35 years.
Revocation of privileges - Not really. There is no legal right to drive a car, but there is a legal right to use public transport. The Republic operates a fully-automated, public transportation system, and private ownership of motor vehicles is prohibited; so that privilege remains. Most privileges are kept, but some disappear.
Permanent disenfranchisement - No citizens may be disenfranchised, not even convicted felons, as voting is not only a fundamental right, but also a civil obligation, like attending trial; no one at or above the age of sixteen is permitted to not vote in elections. There is no temporary disenfranchisement, not even for criminals currently in CRTC.
Capital punishment - Capital punishment is banned for all people under the legal jurisdiction of Reuku, including foreigners, and is prohibited in all cases, including war crimes and crimes against humanity, no exceptions.
Penal labour - Inmates have the option to work for modest pay, but it is not compulsory, as that is unconstitutional, no labour may be compelled.
Political re-education - This is always illegal. The best way to turn criminals into functioning members of society again is treating them with care and respect. Political re-education is unnecessary.
Torture - Torture is illegal in any and all circumstances, for all people under legal Reukian jurisdiction, no exceptions; this is enshrined in the Constitution.
Exile/Banishment - All citizens of the Realm have the right to stay on their own accord; no one, excluding military personnel, may be forcefully removed from the country. Foreigners, however, have no formal right to remain in the Realm if detained here, and may be deported if they are found to be illegal enterers.
Other - There are no other punishments since our philosophy is transformation and rehabilitation, not punishment.

Any and all revocation of citizenship (and henceforth voting rights) state that it is until the person is considered qualified for citizenship again. Henceforth, any person, regardless of who they are, may regain citizenship, but it is technically possible (and not uncommon) for people to never regain citizenship, either because they aren't eligible or they don't want to.
