They are not required, and most conservatives, liberals, and moderates all agree that trigger warnings are laughable. As for "safe spaces", generally there are organizations that serve some type of similar function, such as clubs (most do not allow bullying), Churches, Mosques, etc. Actual "safe spaces" are ridiculed by all.

Trigger warnings? Safe spaces? How laughable. Everyone in our nation agrees that those things are horrible and that they destroy freedom of speech and expression. People who need them are often seen as weak....of course, we ARE expected to at least TRY NOT to offend someone and provide support to them...but we also believe in freedom of speech and expression. This is why those are things we think are very ridiculous and laughable.

Safe spaces (outside of particularly well-funded schools) are very far & few in-between. Ironically, we already have "trigger warnings" in the form of our content rating system (although we don't rate stuff on the internet).
Most folks understand that safe spaces & trigger warning can be good & had good intentions starting out, but certain, small-but-disproportionately-"loud" parts of the internet & the population can & have ruined them in certain ways &/or to certain extents. So most folks are more-or-less neutral towards safe spaces & trigger warnings, but have negative opinions of the overly-sensitive people that have ruined them.

We don't. The closest you'll get to trigger warning are movie ratings. Unless you have PTSD no one cares if what they said offended you. If you start crying because someone insulted you on the Internet people will laugh at you. In Soyouso, if someone gets on your nerves, you either fight them or you don't care at all.

Trigger warnings are surely laughable, however the term "safe space" can only be done in one's property, in which they can filter any speech they do not approve other then that, when in public property, they most face the fact that the Zuhian government cannot praise one political side over the other.

We have neither. Most Kadurians alive today grew up in a harsh environment (A revolution and subsequent civil war), so we do not require such things.

The closest things that we have to a "trigger warning" is content descriptions and age restrictions, and there is no real comparison possible for a "safe space."

However, content warnings are issued for media content (movies, radio broadcasts, video games, etc.) that contain excess violence, cursing, sexual content, or discussions of particularly-sensitive crimes (murder, sexual assault, etc.)

"Safe spaces" are reserved for therapy offices and intentional spaces for relaxation.

Occasionally, street sniper towers will give warnings to jaywalkers to cease and desist or get their head blown off, but such goodwill is rare. As for safe spaces? In Chuching, just about everywhere is safe from criminals - we have the 9th most advanced Law Enforcement in the world, after all! And if you have nothing to hide from the government, you'll have nothing to fear; you will be perfectly safe! Most of the time, anyway.

Trigger warnings are encouraged and may be enforced with some sensitive subjects such as sexual content and blood.
Films often display a warning before they start, such as:

"Warning: This film contains blood, flashing colours, sexual content, death. Not recommended for sensitive viewers."

However there are some things we can't put warnings on without comprimising civil rights. Such as nudity. If you are triggered by nudity, I'm so sorry, but you might encounter naked people without warning, walking down the streets. Especially in summer. I suggest you work with your trauma and try to see the human body in a different light. We have counseling programs for that, that won't treat you like you are insane or stupid.
Sensitivity to nudity is one of the questions on our citizenship test as such sensitivities may indicate conservative values that could put our nudists at risk of assault by immigrants.

Overall our nation is one giant safe space in a way, as hate speech is outlawed. Niceness is compulsory.
