Yes, we have two rating systems in place. One used for movies and one used for television series and video games.
If so, what are the ratings?
The movie ratings are as follows:
A - All ages admitted
OA - Older audiences, suggested to ages 10 and older
RA - Restricted audiences, suggested to ages 15 and older
R20 - Restricted audiences aged 20 or older
The TV and video game ratings are as follows:
5 - Ages 5+
10 - Ages 10+
12 - Ages 12+
15 - Ages 15+
20 - Ages 20+
Are any ratings legally enforced?
The R20 rating for movies and the 20 rating for video games are both enforced by law. Movies rated R20 and video games rated 20 may not be sold to someone under the age of 20 and doing so is punishable by a 350 gdyn fine.
Is media released in your nation required by law to be rated?
No, although almost all media distributors do so, as retailers in our nation generally refuse to stock non-rated items.
