Of that probably 50% are really cut out to be infantrymen
Of that 50% about 40% will really go into Infantry, mech, artillery or recon MOS, the rest will go to supply, HAZMAT, Glowworms, aviation and engineering MOSs.
Just idle observations.

Judging by the Canadian experience, about 15% of their annual recruitment is made up of women, while 2% of their combat force is female, which suggest that about 13% of women who qualify for the military are fit for combat arms roles. This tallies pretty closely with the anaerobic power percentiles.

So, if that's the case, then a military with a 50/50 gender recruitment split would only have about 7% of its combat troops made up of women.

Yes I'm sure physical training and dietary regulation from pre-puberty will have absolutely no effect at all on the percentage of women fit to serve. None whatsoever. Nope. Nada.
