Hello. As Chairwoman of the Atlasian Union Development Board, I have declared this document here as the founding charter of the rights of the Atlasian Union, and establishes it OOCly as a independent organization, free from Executive Council control. The IC section of the charter will set the limits of the Atlasian Union ICly (it's limits in terms of armed forces, peacekeeping and the GA/SC) but it will be very basic. Whilst the OOC section of the Charter is decided on by me and my two fellow board members, Carl and Mair, I have taken it upon myself to allow popular vote to (mostly) decide the IC sections. A.U. LOGO COMPETITION

Hello Atlasian Union members! As of right now, the Atlasian Union has no In-Character (IC) logo. Which is why I'm starting a competition to choose one! Please send in your design by December 15th, and the A.U. Development Board will decide on the way to determine the winning logo. Get going! (This announcement will later be included in a regional tg)
