I hereby request the establishment of a Hearthomean embassy in your country and therefore I send Mr Joshua Kwan, Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1992–1999, to be the ambassador to Aquilinia. Mr Kwan was born in Liblian, Troy Robert, in 13 August 1953. Mr Kwan completed his secondary school studies in 1971, ranking 1st in state and 3rd in the country in Hearthome Student Ranking. He then graduated in International Relations from Troy Robert University, with a PhD in Mass Communications and Grand Central Affairs.
