[Mama adds: My Children consider xeno cultures to be amazingly primitive, violent, and barbaric. They're interested in them, but mainly as objects of scientific curiosity. It's doubtful they even know how to make "friends" with one of these savages.]

It depends where in Radiatia you are as there are very different cultures across the country.

Generally speaking, people in the north tend to be very friendly, while those in the south and in the large cities are extremely rude.

All official personnel (Border guards, police officers, etc.) are very harsh and rather cruel, the average citizen views most foreigners as enemies, but when you get to know them they aren't so bad. That's in the South anyway, the North hates everyone who isn't a Xadufellian

This is only true of most Galacticans when they are very busy, or you have just pissed them off, terribly. However, Galactican service staff are very friendly and rank among the top in the world for that, and most Galacticans are friendly when they are not in a bad mood.

Arkiasians can be best described as quiet, polite and modest. Being polite and courteous in Arkiasis is to not bother people, respect their personal space and privacy, not stand out or make a fuss, not be loud, stand quietly in the queue and sit quietly on the bus or metro. Arkiasians generally are generally not one's for small talk, outward personality, honorifics, formality, or "overly useless" niceties. Due to the general tendency for Arkiasians to be quiet, shy and reserved, this gives off the impression that the people are "unfriendly" or even a bit cold in their demeanor. This couldn't be further from the truth. Arkiasians are generally helpful and polite and will always help a lost tourist or motorist on the side of the road. Just don't expect a conversation. Honesty is a highly valued trait, and as such Arks will only should their mouth only to mean what they're about to say. Occasional moments of silence in a conversation is considered normal and not as a sign of hostility or disinterest. Privacy is valued, so don't expect personal questions or topics from people unless you're friends. So in general Arkiasians do consider their culture to be a friendly one even if foreigners may not. It simply takes some time to get used to.

Dalvirics are incredibly isolationist, and tend to keep to themselves rather well and rather stubbornly. Although, citizens from a civilization they've come to know and respect (UIJ, Neonymphomania, Islands of Versilia, etc) will find themselves befriending several, as Dalvirics are far more openly friendly to them. However, Dalvirics will still gladly help strangers in need inside of their own civilization should the need arise.

Well, Zhouranese people can be a bit protectionist and isolationist, however we're friendly to any foreigner as long as they respect our land and customs.

The vast majority of people in Yuropah are very friendly, at least towards other Yuropeans.
Foreigners are often viewed with suspicion, and sometimes refused service when going to businesses.

Friendly to mostly everyone, except for refugees and asylum seekers from a nation that is not allied with us, discriminative people, lazy and counter-productive people and those from the nation Philippinae (since they are extremely arrogant and discriminative. The Akaidian people are Sardinian Italian by ethnicity, but we do not share the traditional italian friendliness.
Due to our history, our people have become very cynical of the outside world, and the Government of Akaidia has even had to go so far as to warn tourists not to holiday on the island unless in a resort, and not to leave the resort unless with a tour guide.
Most resorts have armed guards and high fences to stop the locals gaining access, and last year, 876 tourists went missing on the island, with only 36 bodies being found, after they ignored the governments warning and left the supervised areas.

We're unbelievably friendly. Our citizens will always come up to you if you're sad, and enjoy laughing, making memories, and finding new friends. We also try to resolve situations with pacifism every time.

Incredibly friendly and helpful, unlike the stereotype of French - speaking types. While some foreigners find it suspicious, most Ventalians are earnest and sincere in their kindness.

On another note, we find it hilarious that nations call themselves "friendly and open-minded" despite admitting to exiling/deporting those who don't fit their mould.

That would depend. In high traffic area's like large cities or towns on major roadways, Heradorians tend to be quite personable and always willing to stop for a chat. In the countryside though, where few people tend to go if they don't live there, Heradorians tend to value their privacy and peace quite a bit more, and usually come off as cold.

Yeremanians are stereotyped to be very chill and down to earth. And for most part this is true! Yeremanians in general are too laidback, too fun loving and positive to show hostility towards foreigners. They want people coming to Yeremania to just have fun, and enjoy the chill culture.

Tiangong-4 has a small population density equivalent to a small city. Nonetheless, its culture as a Chinese settlement gives its inhabitants a focus towards productivity, business and competition. This means Tiangongers are often very busy and highly impatient. When you hold a door for someone, expect them to say empty thank yous. When you bump into someone, expect empty sorries or nothing at all. When you walk, people will push through you and say empty 'excuse mes'.

This rapid culture dissolves with age, when people begin to retire and the pressures of money dissolve. When you hold a door for an elder, the elder will offer to hold the door instead. When you bump to an older person, they take ten seconds to apologize. When you walk, you'll find you'll be pushing through the elderly instead, and maybe you'll utter 'excuse me' soullessly.

It depends on where in Suhurbia, as well as rather you’re in a pastoral environment or a major city. Typically, people in major cities would be more open, or at least less weary of foreigners than those who live in pastoral environments. People in the Yang Nations (The East, the South, and the Southeast) are much warmer and friendlier than those in the Yin Nations (The West, the North, and the Northwest), though there are differences. East Suhurbians are the friendliest people in Suhurbia. Making friends is quite easy in East Suhurbia due to the nature of its culture. West Suhurbians are much more aloof and are generally very weary of foreigners. West Suhurbia is the least friendly place in Suhurbia. South Suhurbians are very warm and welcoming, but they can be a bit rude. But you’d feel a lot more at home in South Suhurbia than in the North. North Suhurbians are polite, but making friends is not easy, and people tend to view foreigners with indifference. In addition while South Suhurbians are more in-your-face and don’t hide their true colors, North Suhurbians are very passive, or passive aggressive.
