Im from South Wales and I have never heard of 'Cae' before and my family are Welsh speakers.
Anyway, the most popular languages are English (which approximately 6,500,000 million Taracians can speak), Welsh (which approximately 1,500,000 Taracians can speak), Sindarin (which approximately 250,000 Taracian can speak) and French (which approximately 200,000 Taracians can speak)
