  A short skirmish between USAF-MARINE forces and Quebec militia forces occurred along the Laurentia-Quebec border during 22:49 - 23:07 resulting in twelve Quebec militia members dead and no USAF casualties. As usual, Quebec City appears to be the goal at this time. Our embassy in the Quebec capital has begun negotiation and reconciling procedures.
  Drug cartels catering to Dixie and Midamerica from the Gold Coast, and partially Laurentia, continue to harass the mentioned nations. Although border patrol continues to catch at least 90% of all illegal traffic, sources say that our forces are feeling under abnormal pressure.
• KINGSLAND & AD. MOROCCO: A spy of unknown origin and purpose has been caught in the act attempting to steal documents related to USAF movements in EURCOM. Spy was promptly arrested and has been confirmed to possess no means of outside communication at this time.

• Transition from a state-capitalist dictatorship to a liberal democracy. Caragandy is then expected to be a developed, and an influential nation.
