National information
Official Name: (What is your official nation name? For example, "The Dual Kingdoms of Castile and Leon".)
My dominion goes by the official name of "The Constitutional Sovereignty of Aicrias".
[u]Shortened Name: (Something that most people know your nation by, something that tends to be shorter than it's official name. For example, "Castile" instead of "The Dual Kingdoms of Castile and Leon".)
My dominion is unofficially referred to as "Aicrias".
RP Population: (Less than 100 million; May be subject to change.)
~32,225,500 circa. 3-18-18
GDP nominal [currency value]:
$1.00USD = &1.15DSA ("Daric", plural. "Darii")
GDP nominal per capita [economy value]:
~&7.3 trillion
Culture and Ethnicity: (A brief summation of your nation's culture, language, et cetera. If it has a real-world equivalent, be sure to list it here.)
Deriving the majority of its societal policies from a mix of multinational and indigenous cultures. Before social reforms in 1743, Aicrias was a stewpot for as many as twenty or more languages and cultures of native and foreign (the most influence likely from Yeongseon) origins, until the tiny domain was united under a single blended culture and one dominant currency, the Daric (and also an official language, the indigenous script of Eizeric). How this was done without massive civil unrest was never known, as the incumbent sovereign died before the question could be raised. Aicrae today are very open-minded, friendly, and humble, but however can be very defensive despite having no military to speak for. It sometimes finds itself a target of "small" memes, and has proved a popular retirement location and place for the wealthy to construct residences due to pockets of extremely high land value. Diplomatically, Aicrias is not a powerful speaker and is often taken advantage of by more influential nations who vie for its wealth. And without a standing military, the little sovereignty is in a dangerous position, as its coastal guard is already preoccupied with battling pirates along popular trade routes.
Government Type: (A general classification of your nation's government type - For example, Absolute Monarchy, Single-Party State, Democratic Republic. Elaborate on it as well, give some description as to how it works.)
While classified as a constitutional monarchy, the government faced a massive overhaul five years ago, and is structured much more like a democratic state, as odd as this sounds. The Sovereign serves more like a presidential figure, but holds slightly more authority than the administrative departments. If you're still confused, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DHi6Nv ... sp=sharing
Head of State: (The Head of State is the figurehead and official leader of your nation.)
The incumbent head of state in Aicrias is Sovereign Nikolas Shevelska I as of March 13th, 2018.

RP/Writing Samples: http://iiwiki.com/wiki/%C3%9Astekia_and_D%C3%BDnaria my current nation in AeiaSince the last year's coup in Syrmia, a country located west of the Horsk Republic, the relations between the two states are strained. Three ministers from the former democratic Syrmiac government have requested asylum in Horskia and the request has been approved soon after. But, after that, the new regime in Syrmia threatened Horskia that they will invade them.
Since it is a crisis situation, Prime Minister Stein called a closed government session in order to try to reach a solution. When he arrived to the government building, all the ministers were already sitting in the conference hall. Visibly upset, the Prime Minister immediately moved on to the problem. „You have probably heard of a problem our nation is facing. Syrmian regime is threating us because we gave asylum to their three former ministers. This is a situation we haven't had for a long time.“
The conference hall was silent and nobody knew what to say. Until ms. Vukov, the agriculture minister quietly said: „We should extradite them“. Everybody looked at her. „Pardon me?“ prime minister asked, probably just to interrupt silence. Ms. Vukov responded:
„We don't want war. Our people don't deserve war. And, to be completely honest, we are not ready for a war.“
Mr. Stein seemed insecure „You think this will lead to a war?“
She was confident and answered loudly: „New Syrmiac regime can't be trusted. They used violence to gain power. They will use it again. They are very dangerous. Too dangerous. We should not play with fire.“
„I am not convinced that they will actually invade us. They are not ready for such war eather. But I agree that we should take it seriously and we have to do something to keep our country out of any potential war.“
„Exactly. The only way is to extradite them.“
This dialogue was interrupted by Mr. Osmicz, the culture minister known for his right-wing views and policies.
„We can't just extradite them now. Our reputation will be demolished. No one would take us seriously anymore. If we gave asylum to someone, we should stay consistent and credible. Otherwise, we should extradite every person we ever gave asylum.“
„That is true“ Mr Stein responded and mr Osmicz continued: „“But, in future, we should think twice before giving such asylums.“
The conference hall seemed much less quiet as discussion continued. „Well, we can't change it now. Also, we had a good reason to give them asylum. I'd like to hear other suggestions“ prime minister said.
For a few moments, the hall was silent again until Mr Sabati, a deputy prime minister gave his opinion.
„I think we should build a border wall, as we promised to our citizens in the campaign. That should make our country much safer. Also, we have new ballistic missiles that can hit their capital city as well as the excellent aviation and our Foreign legion that can defend us. We should not underestimate our army.“
Mr. Stein seemed interested, although not convinced „You are correct. But we don't want war.“
Ms. Poklonska, a professional soldier and the defence minister interrupted them: „I agree with mr Sabati. Wall is defensive. That should keep them away and prevent war. Missiles are here to make them afraid of us. That way, they'll se that they will pay a price if they try to invade us.“
„I partially agree with you. We'll build a wall. We will also arrange ballistic missiles near the border. But keep this as a secret for now. We don't want to provoke them. They are mad enough. We just need a defense if they invade us.“ Mr Stain responded.
Ms. Poklonska seemed satisfied with the answer: „All right mr prime minister. I'll do it.“
Mr. Stein continued: „Also, what about the international community? I mean, this is not just our problem. We are a member state of the North Odric Treaty Organisation. That means that they should protect us.“
This statement was approved by majority of the ministers, although the culture minister gave his own opinion.
„International community should help us, but I don't believe they will.“
„Why?“ Mr Stein asked him.
„They can't be trusted. Our troope participated in their nonsensical actions in Osova but they never did anything for our country. There is anti-Horsk sentiment spread across Orda. Many Ordan politicians hate our culture and our traditions.“ Mr Osmicz seemed very confident.
Mr Stein nodded his head, although he wanted discussion to stay pragmatic and focused on a problem. „We should not become too emotional. I agree with you mr. Osmicz, but let's stay pragmatic. We have serious issues.“
Mr Kopacz, the foreign minister joined the discussion and tried to find a solution. „It is not about whether International community can be trusted or not. It is their duty to protect us. We signed a contract. Our troops are participating in their actions and they should protect us. End of the story. I will start negotiations.“
Mr. Stein agreed with him: „That is a good plan mr Kopacz.“ And Mr Kopacz continued: „One more thing, mr. prime minister. Maybe we should try to extradite Syrmiac ministers to one of the Ordan countries. That way, it won't be our problem anymore.“
„You think thay would accept them?“
Before Mr Kopacz could respond, Mr. Osmicz said: „They will. We just need to say: We will extradite these ministers eather to you or to the Syrmiac regime.“
„We can't make such ultimatums, but I generally agree with you. We need to make pressure. I'll see what I can do.“ Mr Kopacz responded.
Mr. Stein seemed satisfied. „Finally, we are going somewhere“, he whispered and said: „Good. We have a good strategy now. Mr. Kopacz, please do what you can. Ms. Poklonska, please build that wall and prepare our army for potential threat. Just in case.“
All ministers left the hall and seemed confident and optimistic.

Shortened Name: Arcadia
RP Population: 67 million
GDP nominal: 1 153 million $
GDP nominal per capita: 17 208 $
Culture and Ethnicity: The dominant ethnicities are Arcadians (Greeks), Hersatians (Latins), Assanians (Arabs), Varsans (Persians) and Kandars (Turks); the most spoken language is Arcadian, declined into five main varieties according to each of the ethnicities (therefore Orthoarcadian, Hersacadian, Assacadian, Varsacadian and Kandarcadian); the standard version is referred to as “courtier Arcadian” or “courtisan”, spoken in Prospera.
Government Type: Arcadia is a federal constitutional parliamentary monarchy; its main administrative subdivisions are the five Crowns (symbolics since they are all retained by the emperor and they do not have any corresponding administrative function), the seven Dominates (each formally ruled by a dominus representing the emperor), the ninety four Podestries (each ruled by a podestas elected by the locals) and four-hundred-twenty eight archontates (each corresponding to a city led by an assembly of archons elected by the citizens). The Dominates are represented at the Tholos, the parliament of Arcadia, unicameral and holding the legislative power.
Head of State: Ferecras VII Porphyrogenit, Dominus Dominorum, Basileus ton Basileion, Shahan Shah, Lord of the Five Lands and the Two Seas, Emperor and Highest Patriarch of Arcadia; he holds the executive power as the head of the Aristarchy, a council of twelve Aristarchs or ministers with specific executive functions.

National Overview: Arcadia is a multicultural empire, where diversities are preserved and communication among them is constantly enhanced through culture and its means, such as language (through the diffusion of the standard Arcadian language), religion (Arcadia incentivizes syncretism), arts and customs. Politically, Arcadia leans mostly to the civic liberal right; wether there is a single source of law, the imperial law, which can regulate the fundamental aspects of living and "being citizens" in the modern world, the discipline of detail is left to national differences, but still affirming the emperor's ideal superiority towards every other local institution, while keeping respecting the diversities within the empire.
Armed Forces: Arcadia’s active military personnel counts 547 000 total effectives; 48 600 are employed in the Arcadian Imperial Navy, which counts a total of 1 aircraft carrier, 7 cruisers, 17 frigates, 7 corvettes, 27 fast attack and missile boats, 16 patrol crafts, 20 mine hunters, 45 landing ships and 14 submarines; the Arcadian Imperial Air Force counts a total of 60 000 effectives and 668 airplanes; the Arcadian Imperial Land Force is divided in four main armies based in Ferento (I), Garaköy (II), Derbari (III) and Messape (IV).

Personal Information
RP/Writing Samples:"His Imperial Highness the Emperor!" announced the chamberlain while opening the imposing door of the Jade Hall.
Emperor Learco VII entered the vast pearly jade chamber of the Imperial Palace, his head held high and his bearing as martial as his glorious ancestors' was.
Count Corso Benissi of Crevaco, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Alfea, immediately stood up and obsequiously bowed for what his big belly allowed him.
"Your Majesty..."
"Count Benissi..." greeted the emperor with a slight nod. "Is everything ready for the video conference?"
"It is, Your Majesty. Soon we'll be able to talk with our neighboring rulers and their delegates in Kaliksburg, and offer our total support to their cause."
Learco VII nodded again, but a quick shadow of doubt in his warm brown eyes captured Crevaco's attention.
"Something's wrong, Your Majesty?"
"I hope not, minister." blandly answered the emperor. "I strongly hope my father and his ancestors were wrong, and that the path leading to our empire's glory passes through alliance with our neighbors."
The count calmly adjusted his glasses and seated back at the elaborate rococo marble desk, where the computer's screen shined as coldly as the pearly gleam of the entire hall.
"I'm afraid the times when our empire could stand on its own without the need any foreign support have sadly ended. New powers are rising in the East, while enemies of the Crown plot in the West to eradicate our proud ancestors' olive tree from our lands across the ocean. Now more than ever we need to tie strong relations with our neighbors, otherwise we'll find ourselves alone dealing with giants longing to feast on the decaying remnants of our glory."
The young emperor let go a glimpse of a smile, caring to still keep his stern look imposed by court etiquette.
That was why he had accepted to appoint Crevaco as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Prime Chancellor of the Crown without any hesitation the day he formed the government: he and Crevaco shared the same ideas about the need to improve Alfea's foreign relations and act as the great power it had claimed to be for centuries.
"Besides, Your Majesty" casually added the count with an eloquent look "it looks like Uclea is not participating to the negotiations."
Learco VII approached the window, outside which his majestic Versei mirrored herself in the blood of her sunset.
"Good to know count Benissi. Good to know."
