Flight deck of the LHA-98-class Amphibious Assault Ship, a joint project between Chezzetcook (who designates the LHA-98 the Corsaire-class) and Tiperyn (who designates it the Johana-class). Main difference between the two is the Corsaire's flight hangar is twice as large as the Johanas, meaning it has an increased aviation capability but sacrifices space for vehicles below deck and hospital beds. The Johana-class carries about 46 aircraft. Article here.

Quick question for those who use GIMP, how do y'all do stuff like smears and grim on things? (IE like oil smears on panels for jets, or dirt on tracks, etc, etc)

Try playing with the options on the paintbrush and airbrush tools.

I like to drop really faint brown/grey/orange shadows to the side of whatever color I'm using to outline panels or bolts to make rust or dirt
