Officially, yes. Although with Anglo Karoosians, feet and inches are still used for human height, and pounds for human weight. The Imperial system is also used sometimes in general conversation. Afrikaners and Black Karoosians tend to use the metric system for basically everything.

No. The only correct measurements are based on master Susum. For example the base unit of length is the sum ,based on the great master Susum's great endowment, which the women so adore, of approx. 15 cm.

The HNR uses the metric system, because that is what all of the other Axis powers use. The imperial system, on the other hand, is used by the UK and US, both of which we greatly dislike.

Marstan switched to the metric system in the 1950's following independence; today, we only use the metric system.

Yes. Attempted use of an opposing measurement system results in a civil infraction, if convicted.

Yes. Formerly we used our own system of weights and measures created and standardized before encountering the old world, but seeing as how the majority of nations came to use metric we saw no point in making students and the general public operate by the old system. It would only induce needless academic confusion and require an inconveniently complicated measurement conversion that, as research becomes more precise by necessity, is ever more impeding. We began metrication in 1866 after the vast majority of regions.

Yes. Although resistance to its adoption existed for some time, it was adopted alongside traditional Arabic and Persian units in 1893, and became the sole system of measurement in 1920.

The Batory Empire has used the metric system for the last two hundred years. It was adopted due to being obviously more efficient and sensible than the previous system of measurements.

The metric system is not used, nor is the imperial system. We use our own form of measurement that is not used outside of Kyratistani (unofficially, people still use these in neighbouring Bhutan).
