What side of the road do your people drive on: Right.

Do roads have speed limits: Partially.
If so, where: Everywhere except for highways.
What are the speed limits:
    Within municipalities: 60 km/h.
On country roads (State Roads): varies by state (lowest is 90 km/h, highest is 120 km/h).
    Single-carriageway Federal Roads: 100/120 km/h.
    Multiple-carriageway highways: no limit.

Does your nation have freeways: Yes.

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes.
If so, what system do the numbers follow:
The highway (Autobahn) system has a logical pattern. They are called A1, A2 etc.
East-west highways have even numbers.
North-south highways have odd numbers.
Ringroads have numbers ending in 0.
Single-digit numbers are main highways with a national meaning, double-digit numbers are those with a regional meaning. Three-digit numbers are mostly bypasses and feeder roads.

Federal Routes (B1, B2, etc.) follow a similar pattern. The B1 to B10 roads are main routes with a national meaning. From there, the numbers start in the southeast and radiate clockwise around the center, until they reach the southeast again; in a second process, more routes got numbered again, this time radiating counter-clockwise.

State Road numberings vary by state.

Is it legal to do the following actions while driving?
Consume alcohol: yes, but only if not at an intoxicating level
Smoke: yes
Eat: yes
Texting: no
Phone calls: only with hands-free equipment
Drugs: yes, but only if not at an intoxicating level

Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. Until there's a new, proper factfile, everything you might need to know can be found here. Thank you. #RetconOfDoom (Very late update, 2020/08/30 - it's still going on ...)

What side of the road do your people drive on: Right

Do roads have speed limits: Yes
If so, where: Everywhere except where it is safe to have no speed limit
What are the speed limits: Increments of 5 between 5 and 100, Increments of 10 between 100 and 250, then X means no speed limit.

Does your nation have freeways: Yes.

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes.
If so, what system do the numbers follow: [Road type designator, or Province Code] [number], for example NA 14 would be National Motorway 14. Auxiliary roads are given as a number after a dash separator from the original, for example RS 12-8 would be Rossiya Province route 12, auxiliary 8.

Is it legal to do the following actions while driving?
Consume alcohol: only 500ml may be consumed while driving.
Smoke: Yes.
Eat: Yes.
Texting: Only while stopped.

What side of the road do your people drive on: Whichever side they like. On the inter-city highways, we have road trains with half a dozen trailers or more weighing several hundred tons, so their drivers pick a side by convention. Drivers of smaller and/or slower vehicles are well-advised to comply.

Do roads have speed limits: No.

Does your nation have freeways: If you mean limited access roads, no.

Does your nation have numbered roads: No.

Is it legal to do the following actions while driving? Yes.

What side of the road do your people drive on: Right

Do roads have speed limits: Yes
If so, where: All roads either have posted limits, or if unposted, an assumed limit. (i.e. the State of West Monroe imposes a speed limit 25 m.p.h. on residential streets if not otherwise posted. Most other states have similar rules.
What are the speed limits: The lowest posted official speed limit is 15 m.p.h. for the alleys of Elizabeth City, Angola. The highest posted limit is 80 m.p.h. on Interstates 5, 25, and 70 in rural Hamilton and Calahan.

Does your nation have freeways: Yes

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes
If so, what system do the numbers follow:
The Federal Government funds several numbered highway systems:
The Ibica Route network consists mainly of 2-6 lane surface level roads connecting major cities. With glaring exceptions, these routes are number with low numbers in the North and East and going up as you move South and West. Some may be built to freeway standards, especially in urban areas.
Interstate Routes are a system of freeways connecting major Ibican cities. The are numbered with low numbers in the South and West, with numbers rising as you move East and North.
Park Service Routes are a system of numbered 2-4 lane highways within and serving places administered by the National Park Service.

State/Territorial Highways and Secondary State/Territorial Highways follow the rules laid out by their respective states but are a system of paved 2-10 lane roads or freeways. They range from the 2 lane Edward Island Highway 12 tracing the beach to the 8 lane freeway East Monroe State Highway 1 linking the state capital to the beach and ports of Carsonville.

What side of the road do your people drive on: Left

Do roads have speed limits: Not on highways but yes elsewhere
If so, where: All roads except highways
What are the speed limits: Motorways - 240Km/h. Dual Carriageway State Roads - 160km/h. Single Carriageway State Roads - 80km/h. Main roads - 65km/h. All other toads - 55km/h

Does your nation have freeways: Yes, We call them highways though

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes, Each 3 numbered road types have different systems
If so, what system do the numbers follow:
Highways - Single digit routes radiate out of Lansadas in a west-east fashion (so H9 goes east but H1 goes west). For all double digit routes (except H12, the most important route and thus the exception to a few rules), the 2nd digit is according to direction: 1&3 go north south, 2&4 go east west, 6&8 go northeast to southwest, 7&9 go northeast to southeast, multiples of 5 are orbital highways and multiples of 10 are orbital bypasses. Three and four digit highways are auxiliary routes (so H112 is the first auxiliary route built on H12, and H1112 is the eleventh auxiliary route of H12). Have designation H and use dark red road signage
Motorways - Numbered in the order they were built (except for M12). Use designation M and have blue road signs
State Roads - National law states double and triple digit state roads are dual carriageway, whereas four digit state roads are single carriageway. However, the system for numbering state roads is state dependent. Nationwide are designated with the letter A and use green signs. When referring to a state road you must use what state it's i.e. "Aclenia A14" instead of just A14 when referring to the Aclenian road.

What side of the road do your people drive on: Left

Do roads have speed limits: No. However, any travel in government or industrial districts will be done on foot.

Does your nation have freeways: Yes, they all stem Fromm the capital, and will have crossovers between them every 80KM, or in industrialized cities. Off ramps in industrialized cities, and you get to smaller ones using urban road networks.

Each off and on ramps will have a station, your bicycle is “tagged” through use of a numbered ID chip, and when leaving the freeway, the chip is scanned, and, then the appropriate cost automatically will be charged. Government workers exempt from payment

Due to the spacing between highways, if urban roads are found near connector roads, an off/on ramp will be available (uses same method of charging for use as standard highways).

Running paralell to these highways are underground train systems, allowing for easier mass-transit of groups. They follow the same rules, have the same stopping points, and are basically a mirror image of the highways, except slightly more expensive. For payment, you are automatically flagged upon entry to a train, and fund so are automatically removed from your account on exit (government workers exempt). Large Groups can acquire lowered rates. Depending on the rail level, the accessibility changes, generally the lower the level, the more secure enterance is.

Does your nation have numbered roads: No, highway labels follow a letter code:
HW/CC-LLDR

HW/CC: Is this a connector road, or a highway.

LL: 2 Letter code, First Letter acts as a Basic Label (Alphabetically , A-Z by construction.). SThe econd Letter dictates series, and only come see into play for the connecting roads (Each strip, eing the road between two highways gets it’s own Letter) (allows for returning to the start of the alphabets. By the completion of the roadway project, we expect to be on series J)

DR: Direction. NN (North) NE (North East) EE (East) ES (Southeast) SS (South) WS (Southwest) WW (West) WN (Northwest)

So, if the fifth highway built goes Southwest, it’s code would be Highway-EWS.

The connection roads between highways are labeled using the Series code (LL) from the first highway, and the Direction code (DD) Of the second one.

So, if the road connection Highway E-WS to F-WW was part of series 3 (meaning the third iteration of the letter E), it’s code would be: Connector-ECWW

Is it legal to do the following actions while driving? these answers refer to on the trains only.

What side of the road do your people drive on: Right

Do roads have speed limits: Yes.
If so, where: On all roads
What are the speed limits: Highways (Autobahn): 130 km/h, Dual carriageways (Autostraße): 100 km/h, Other rural roads: 90 km/h, Major streets (Großstraße): 50-80 km/h, Streets (Straße): 50 km/h

Does your nation have freeways: Yes.

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes.
If so, what system do the numbers follow: Highways are numbered first according to their direction (1 to 8 going clockwise north to northwest), then by their longitude (0 to 9), and last by latitude (0 to 9). Auxiliary highways have another digit for the order they were constructed in. So for example a highway going from Hallesburg (coordinate code 31) to the south (direction 5) has the number A531, the first auxilliary road constructed from it has the number A5311.

What side of the road do your people drive on: The left

Do roads have speed limits: Yes
If so, where: All roads have speed limits
What are the speed limits: Outside 20, 30, 40 or 50mph zones, the majority of Andowan roads are classed as 'national speed limit', denoted by a grey, circular sign with a single, black, diagonal stripe through it. For cars, 'national speed limit' means a limit of 60mph on single carriageway roads and 70mph on dual carriageways and motorways

Does your nation have freeways: Yes, although we call them motorways here

Does your nation have numbered roads: Yes
If so, what system do the numbers follow: The Andowan road numbering scheme is a numbering scheme used to classify and identify all roads in Andower. Each road is given a single letter, which represents the road's category, and a subsequent number, of 1 to 4 digits. Introduced to arrange funding allocations, the numbers soon became used on maps and as a method of navigation. Two sub-schemes exist: one for motorways, and another for non-motorway roads.
