OFFICIAL VISIT OF THE EXCELLENCY PREMIER OF DEATHFALL TO HUNDREDSTAR

The Premier of Deathfall will undertake an official visit to Hundredstar from May 31, 2023. The Premier will be accompanied by Assistant Minister for Protocol, the Ambassador, senior ministers as well as an Deathfall business delegation.

During the course of the visit, the Premier of Deathfall is scheduled to have a bilateral meeting with H. E Prime Minister Van Tailcourts. The meeting will allow both leaders to take stock of bilateral relations as well as explore other possible areas of collaboration. It will also be an opportunity to exchange views on a range of global and regional issues of common concern.

Both leaders are also scheduled to witness the signing of a number of bilateral agreements and treaties aimed at further promoting cooperation between the two countries.

This will be the first visit by an Deathfall Premier to Hundredstar and marks the elevation of ties between Hundredstar and Deathfall.

Request from your country we appreciate, therefore, as the body that oversees all diplomatic affairs and foreign relations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has taken note of the application.

The Foreign Minister briefed the Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs & International Aid, Hundredstar Senate about this request. Seven days later, Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs & International Aid issued a Senate Proposal Paper to be endorsed by a ministerial meeting. A meeting of the ministers decided to endorse this Senate Proposal Paper. A Cabinet Decision Paper was sent to Hundredstar Senate to enable the Senate Proposal Paper to be activated as the Senate Bill.

The Senate bill has been discussed and read three times. The Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs & International Aid; Standing Committee for Intelligence & Counter-Intelligence Affairs, and Standing Committee for Foreign Investment have called on the Foreign Minister and several key individuals for a hearing session. After all the procedure is done, the bill was approved and submitted to the Prime Minister for approval in addition to the consent of His Majesty.

Prime Minister Executive Order signifies a law of approval to establish diplomatic relations with your nation and ratify all agreements and treaties made together.

Your nation has been assigned an embassy in our Rosenworth Diplomatic Precinct of Bledllyn, our capital city. Should you have any requests or concerns about your situation relating to your new embassy, feel free to email them to us. You may now begin to ship personnel and other items that will be used in the embassy. Personal property of the individuals working in your embassy may be brought as well, given that said items are legal in Hundredstar.
