Nations and their Tech Levels

On this thread I will attempt to put together a massive list of various nations and their respectable technology level or levels. This list will also cover puppets for various levels, as well as alternate names for those nations that have them. If you want to be listed, please fill out the application form located on the bottom of this post.
There are four main-stream technology levels that nations are classified by. Each one is more advanced technologically than the one before it.
Past Technology: Abbreviated as PT, this is possibly the least common of all the technology levels. Your nation is considered a PT nation if it exists at a time before the Age of Technology, commonly before the 21st century.
Modern Technology: Abbreviated as MT, this is one of the most commonly used technology levels there are. United Gordonopia describes this tech level as anything between now, and 10 to 15 years from now. This, of course, varies on the circumstances.
Post-Modern Technology: Abbreviated as PMT, this technology level is considered the fine line between modern times and the future. This can vary from around 50 to 100 years from now.
Future Technology: Abbreviated as FT, Future Technology is commonly referred to as the time when one civilization can travel from one planet to another with ease. I personally classify it as a nation who's technology level is far more advanced than ours, possibly 100 years plus from now. Others have described it as the time when a nation discovers FTL technology (Faster Than Light). Although the circumstances vary, you should know if you are of this tech level or not.
